Hi,
Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of Envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
Moving forward with such requirements, a child theme will only work with functions.php, and style.css, as there are very few files left in the main theme as Envato, requires all functionality to be added through plugins.
This might be a consequence of the recent modifications to the location of theme files, due to Envato requirements. There is an article about it here – https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Hi,
Maybe that happened due to the changes made in the theme starting from version 9.7
– https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
A notice was added in the themeforest page – http://prntscr.com/nsrvyc
This update is best to be tested in a development copy of the website if possible, instead of the live website.
Many theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer plugin in the update, due to the new Envato requirements. So now the composer is required to be active in order to maintain the same functionality. The files were moved here mostly – http://prntscr.com/nss4s7
As a consequence, modifications to theme files in a child theme is quite limited now, only a few files are still supported.
I can’t say how this would affect an application however, we made no testing in this matter before or after the update.
But for other issues I could take a look, mention what design and functionality problems you are facing after the update. Provide links and details about them, or even screenshots.
The most reported issue is with the single image element when placed with WPBakery and the tagDiv composer is active this will be fixed in the next theme update. The fix is provided in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/single-image-widget-settings/
Thanks
Hi,
1. Depends on the ad code, if it’s valid it should work. Maybe there are extra requirements in order for the code to work as well. Check the instructions from the ad provider, and follow them.
Some providers have extra requirements, like verification codes that have to be entered in specific locations. Or maybe the ads appear after a period of time.
2. The columns of a row should fall one below the other on mobile. So on desktop while it looks like this – http://prntscr.com/nsrrby on mobile it will be like this
– http://prntscr.com/nsrrmq
What is happening in your case with the columns?
Note that if you have the mobile theme enabled the content from desktop will not appear on mobile. The mobile page content has to be entered in the mobile editor
– http://prntscr.com/nsrsiu with simple text, images etc.

Hi,
You need to remove the old Td Composer plugin and update it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FIqJD3Dq1uP

Hi,
That will not work anymore with a child theme. After the 9.7 update many of the theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer, due to the new Envato requirements
– https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
As a consequence the child theme is quite limited now, only a few theme files can still be used in it.
What you can do is to make those changes in theme files wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/single/single_template_7.php
Thank you!

I studied Google’s recommendations and came to the conclusion that automatic uploading of records does not meet Google’s requirements for good SEO:
No pagination in the code (rel=”prev” rel=”next”)

I hope this will be fixed in the next updates 😉
Hi,
Please do not use WPBacker on pages/templates/demos that are created with tagDiv Composer, please use tagDiv Composer on those.
This warning https://prnt.sc/njf963 appear when the page is open in back-end editor and saved the page -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gB5El0tWFC if you will click on save on TagDiv Composer and open the page again directly in Composer that warning should not appear.

Hi,
I try to create template from Cloud Template for “Single” post, but it can’t. The message show up “Errors at columns: 2(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content”. I try several single template but still get the same message.
But where I try to create template for Header or Search, it just fine.
I check all system requirements and all of the system is good.
Thank you.

I solved my issue but am sharing this in case others run into the same thing.
I host my site with Namecheap and determined the root cause is that Comodo recently updated their requirements for the ModSecurity software Namecheap is running (according to the Namecheap agent). I’ve had to chat in multiple times to NC, to have them whitelist the rules that this theme is violating. The agent said they’ve been receiving multiple complaints about this issue.
The options they gave me are to:
– Continue going through the process of whitelisting rule violations as they arise.
– Temporarily disable ModSecurity until I’m done with development.
– Disable ModSecurity permanently.
Not sure how this may affect other hosts, but if it’s a problem with Namecheap, it probably will be with others.
Hi,
The theme has a field where you can enter the Google analytics code, in the theme panel
– http://prntscr.com/nruiou
Code entered there will be loaded in the website header, as per their requirements
– https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
Other codes can be entered there as well, if they need to be loaded in the head, not just the analytics code.
Thanks
