@Bettina All theme requirements are completed , the issue arose after update before update there was nothing like that.

Apache 2.4
php.ini memory limit: 5000MB
PHP version 8.1
MySQL version 8.0
And i have done all debugging and tried to update many times to fix it but it didn’t work.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try to run the update again.

1. The WordPress theme has the shortcode implementation facility, but it is missing in your theme. I want the shortcode implementation option as it is very important and essential for us. So, please consider this request. I want the shortcode implementation at the header, body, and footer.
Example: [wpcode id=”524″]
2. We need a widget option not just in the sidebar but also in the header, body, and footer. To put it in simple terms, we need a separate widget for the header, a separate widget for the body, and a separate widget for the footer.
3. I need pagination in number format (1 to 100). Your theme has “More” and “Previous” options. But we need it in number format.
4. We need bullet points for all the list items

I have the same issue and am in emergency mode here. While I was working on our dev version, I accidentally updated Newspaper Theme on the live site. All requirements should be met. This is a very active site, and while I could restore to last night’s version, we’ve had some major content updates earlier today.
Dev site – updated tagdiv composer and library and am getting above error when I activate composer.
Live site – accidentally updated newspaper from 10.3.9.1 to 12.6. I don’t want to update composer and library until I can fix the errors on our dev site. I was able to upload the older version of newspaper and deactivate the other, but I’m unable to activate the older tagdiv plugins. Something that got changed in wp_options, I’m guessing, is blocking this.
All of this was predicated by issues with the wp-zexit issue, which I’ll read more about once we can get our site back up!!!

Everything can be fixed. I can see the mobile theme displaying on the desktop and mobile versions too. This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version. We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Moblie theme plugin disabled.
Amp enable as transitional mode.
{tried reader mode as your tip, but changed it as theme is not available}
Requirements here:

Yes, the problem persists. If you click on the first post on the homepage, you’ll get the “A critical error has occurred” message. However, if you click on any post in the “En Rojo” section, under the red bar, still on the homepage, all of them will trigger the “A critical error has occurred” message. I have tried disabling all the non-TagDiv plug-ins and nothing changed.
I use “Newspaper” on three different websites for over 3 years and have installed 12.6 on all of them, yet his website is the only one exhibiting a problem. All of the installation requirements have been met.

You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

Hi Bettina,
As I mentioned in my ticket, I can see the right account on the backend (where you connect the accounts in the Newspaper panel), along with the correct follower count. That tells me it’s been setup correctly. However it’s not displaying correctly in the frontend.
I also checked the Cloudflare documentation you sent, however this seems to be more of a general guide than how to configure it to avoid a conflict with the Instagram count. I did go over specific requirements like having certain features active or not, the settings are already correct.
Please can you advise what steps we can take to get this feature running smoothly?

the guide of general Error500 not solve the problem, the problem is localizated in tagDiv Cloud Library plugin (if deativate it, the problem is solved but obviusly the theme need this plugin).
The requirements are all checked.

I have set up everything perfectly, just need to change the mobile menu. It is still showing according to the default theme but On desktop, I have customized the menu according to my requirements now I want the same menu on mobile look as well. Please help me out.
