Hi,

So you click on the tagDiv composer button and nothing happens? Please check the theme requirements guide and the theme system status panel
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If needed contact your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources. Let us know if there still is a problem after you make modifications. We recommend that only one page builder should be used, either the tagDiv composer or WPBakery. When both are active there could be problems.

Thanks

Hi,

I see no masonry grid on desktop as well, there seems to be one here but no loading at all
https://www.screencast.com/t/phgj9OpBRL
In a similar topic the issue was solved by increasing the WP-memory
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/media-masonry-grid-not-working/
The guide is here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Hi,

That may be the cause, it was a simple suggestion. Visual composer is now called WPBakery page builder I believe since sometimes last year. After you update the theme update WPBakery as well, deactivate and remove it and reinstall it
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Or update it before the theme, check if the same happens. Also be sure to review the theme requirements guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

An insufficient WP memory value can cause problems, even crashes. For most users a 256M value would be sufficient.

Hi,

Does the ad appear if you enter it in a different location? Try to enter the code in a different theme panel spot, or even in a page in a text element (like a column text). Check if the ad appears there.

Given that all the requirements are met for Adsense there would be no problem
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/76228?hl=en
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9724?hl=en

Also there is a troubleshooter here you could try

There are some cases where there are errors provided after the templates cannot be loaded. Mostly server related errors that we will try to investigate and fix as soon as possible. Are there any errors displayed in your case?

Check the theme requirements, set the parameters as mentioned there
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
The WP memory value can be set higher if possible. You could review the guide and check. Let us know what you find.

Hi,

First you should check the theme requirements guide here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources as mentioned there. A WP memory value of 256M would be enough for most users.

If there is still a problem, check plugins. Deactivate them all except theme plugins and check if the issue is solved. Deactivate them by FTP if you cannot log in
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Let us know what you find.

Hi,

Try to deactivate all you plugins, leave only the theme provided plugins active. If you can’t access the the admin plugins screen, disable theme by FTP
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Also be sure to check the theme requirements here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Theme supports PHP versions up to 7.2, 7.1 or so would be best.

Also check some other similar topics online, like these ones

Hi,

Use the suggestion provided by a theme user in this topic
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tip-how-to-easily-minify-your-css-without-breaking-your-site/
A minified js will be served by the theme by default.

For moving resources you need a render blocking plugin, such as the speed booster
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Note that the speed booster will be deactivated if it detects plugins that are not part of this list
https://www.screencast.com/t/TqHrzrA6y
This check could be disabled and the booster will always be active, you can then make check if everything works properly
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/

There would be other render blocking plugins or solutions online, maybe you can also test others.

Check the theme requirements here, we notice that for many users a 256M memory limit is sufficient, if allowed by the hosting
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Use PHP versions up to 7.2 with the theme, 7.1 or so would be best.

Thanks

Hi,

Did this issue just started to appear? Did you maybe install a plugin just before? Deactivate all your plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active.

Please also review the theme requirements a first, make sure there are enough resources
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

If no changes are needed, try these suggestions
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/

These worked for many users with composer issues. If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login ans well as cPanel if possible. We will take a look.

Thanks

HI,

You could try to deactivate the plugins by FTP, to try and eliminate the server error and gain access to the admin panel
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Check the theme requirements, insufficient resources could cause all kinds of problems
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
The WP memory parameter can be set as high as possible, this solved this kind of issue for other users.
Let us know what you find.

Thanks

Hi,

The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.

If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank or grey pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/

Let us know if there still is a problem, or if you fixed the problem.

Thanks

I want to add date for the pages(I am not finding any setting to add page publish date). After that, If I edit a page then it will automatically replace publish date to “Last Update” date.

Please give me a solution for this(I need code and I will edit my theme). I searched a few plugin but those are not fulfilling my requirements. I don’t want to show two different date(publish date and update date). I want publish date will be replaced by Last Modified date.

Hi all,

Regarding the issue with the composer, the first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme, the plugins or other issues. If needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.

Does the composer work if you create a new page and use it? What exactly happens when it is not working? Is it fixed if you deactivate all plugins except theme plugins?

In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for tagDiv composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/

Let us know the results.

Hello gopereyra,

Try to install the theme via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Check if there are enough resources
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Test with a different browser and see if the grid loads. Those masonry grids have a history of slow loading or not loading at all in some cases. Check if there are any errors in the page that has this problem, with the browser inspector console.
Also try as a quick test with all other plugins deactivated, leave theme plugins only.

Hello Matt,

Reset your permalinks from the panel and also, increase the system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you got that error.

Thanks for your understanding!
