You have a mega menu with subcategories and then there are sub-menu items as well. Here is a guide to help you create different types of mega-menus – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Basically the menu item you decide to make a mega-menu has to be a root menu item, and not have any sub-menus.

There are no options to remove the margins between the modules in the Big Grid, this could only be achieved through modifying the theme files, or by custom code. The images on the Blocks and Big Grids should display properly if the posts have a featured image set, and the thumbnails needed are activated

Please provide more details, is this occurring only for the Slider element or also on other elements on the page. You could try to regenerate the thumbnails needed for the theme, using this guide

If you would like to create a new thumbnail size for an existing module, you can define that new thumb size using the method provided in the previous link, in the api plugin. You can download the plugin here

Then using the child theme modify an existing module to use the custom thumbnail size, from the plugin. I believe this should work properly.
Just make sure to regenerate your thumbnails – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ so the new size will be created.
This way you will not loose this customization with a theme update, everything is done through the plugin and child theme. Maybe additional options regarding this will be available in a future release, but I could not say for sure if this will happen.
About the license, the Envato license specifies you can use the theme on a single end-product at a time

A sub-domain however can be used and the theme activated on it, if it’s part of the same project. You can use the theme on this sub-domain, as long as it will not be a different website with different content.

Sorry but we have no insight into this issue. Our theme will not reset itself automatically. There is something affecting it and causing the reset but it is very hard to identify. It could be a simple plugin conflict, it could be your server configuration, it could be your worpdress install ,etc.
It can even be a custom code added in the theme panel or a strange ad code. I can’t say for sure.

This is a strange issue indeed. The text seems to be related to some kind of advertising
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MZN2I8253Ax Maybe you have installed a plugin or entered some custom code in Theme panel or added to the theme files that is causing this. Please disable all your plugins except Visual composer, check or remove any custom code that you may have added to the theme, clear the installed cache and then see if the problem is still present. Hello,

This is very strange as the update is not present on any of their change logs. We will look into it but we will not be able to provide the new update until the next theme update though as we have to test each version of the plugin with the theme and make the proper adjustments.

I suggest that you try to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if this fixes things.
