I’ve also tested this using one of your videos and seems that we have an issues related to this as the youtube videos also start on 480 resolution on my side also: http://screencast.com/t/SGzBPQ9qyS

I’ve made a few tests and could not figure why this is happening as this hasn’t been altered within latest updates. I’ll add this on our todo list and fix it in the next theme version.

Please do a fresh theme installation using this guide via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and also update the plugins that come with theme’s files from /plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
Also check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active,clear cache and see if you still have this issue with infinite scroll.

Try to re-install the theme and to do it connect via FTP remove theme’s folder then upload the theme’s files (don’t overwrite it). Use this guide – FTP method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/
Also make sure you do a backup of your current installation in case something goes wrong.

This feature hasn’t been removed or altered between this two updates so it should work the same way. Please make sure that you also test this without using any plugins, empty all cashes and purge files if you use CDN host then check again.

Unfortunately we didn’t do any tests with the DFP ads so i cannot provide guidance for it. Some clients included the ad code directly into the the template replacing the code on the theme default ad spots (ex header ad, post inline ad). – http://screencast.com/t/ydqCjZhNU9g3 – http://screencast.com/t/bUfRy0UDi8

For custom locations they used a text block/widget.
We have this on our list for a future update on the theme ad section but i cannot provide a date for it, we have a lot of features and issues on the list and we have to take them in order.

Not sure how you could easily do this. A SQL query update could work, anyways you need custom work for this so I suggest you get someone to help you with that if you can manage it by yourself as we cannot provide custom work right not because we work hard on development, fixes and support so you might look for a freelancer on site’s like http://studio.envato.com/

Did you updated the theme from an older version than 3.7? What theme version and Visual Composer version do you use?

I have checked your video, so please check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active as in your video you have some plugins activated. If you don’t have this issue anymore please activate your plugins one by one and see which one caused this issue. Also I saw that you are not using the latest theme version 4.6.3.
If you want to update please follow this guide and use FTP method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and update also plugins that come with the theme’s files from /plugins folder.

Unfortunately I can test this as we use the latest theme version and also the last update of the plugin. You can check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer and Woocommerce active, clear cache and check if you still have this issue, maybe there is a conflict between plugins.

Or update your theme as I said we cannot test old versions of the theme with plugins. Also if you want to use that version of the theme you ca hire a professional to customize it for your needs(new versions of Woocommerce, also theme’s plugins).
