Facebook routinely shows wrong image from posts — nothing to do with your site or theme. They often ignore the OG tags, which is bizarre. I share dozens of items every day across multiple sites, including manually pasting URL into an update in FB – sometimes they grab a random image, or one which loads more quickly or is larger in size, or which is the first one in middle of post.
There is no 100% way to specify the right image for FB, you’re basically just “hinting” it for them.
Hi, I have trouble loading CSS animations in visual composer. I have the latest version of theme downloaded and updated version 3.8 to 3.8.3.1. Any fix comming soon?
Since the update I see options slide and it looks a legend: [vc_row] [vc_column width = "1/1"] [/ vc_column] [/ vc_row].

That means all the templates I have created need to be recreated right? Would be a pain to have to do that each time this theme got updates…
Hey they send out a update today to fixed this issue,i’ve just download and update the files and the VC is back to the new version…

Issue: The view counter is not working for article since the last update. I actually updated the theme a couple of days back, but seeing that it is not working, I tried downloading a new copy and installing again today without any luck.
Could you please help me to fix this?
@chitranjanbaghi your so right,this theme is really getting on my last nerves now,every thing was working as entended before the update yesterday,now after the update VC is back to the old version with that stupid warning in my admin panel again about update the VC,what happen with the update? because it seem they removed something and forgot to put it back, but this VC is becoming a big pain in the moo now….
Mine was working fine till the update yesterday,now my image is not showing up on my facebook fanpage when i share my post..grrrrrrrr
I want to say that you can’t get the latest version because the version which is provided in the theme files is not the updated one so stop re uploading and deleting.

NO, you cannot use the patch to update from 3.8.1 to 3.8.3, you need to make a full update.
the patch is only used to update from one version to another (ec: 3.8.1 to 3.8.2).

I did not download the 3.9.2 Update so now i can only download the 3.9.3 update. can i only use the files in patch directory or can anyone send me the 3.9.2 update file.

I’ve just updated to the new files,and my VC went back to the old one 4.1.2,before i update it was 4.1.3 now i see why you guys having issues because mine went back to old version..
May be they put the wrong VC in the new download pack,i’ve not update as yet so i’m not sure what’s going on with the new pack today..

You update the theme by downloading it from your Themeforest account, then uploading to web server.
I have same issue. VC 4.2 update cannot be downloaded. Please help
I just downloaded the latest update and still have this same issue. Not sure what I need to do differently.

Since I upgraded the version 3.8.3 the number of items having remained unchanged, with the result that the last few who entered 0 Views, while the others remain with the views that had priam update.
I also found that the plug-hoo td-social-counter does not show well the number of users of twitter and facebook.

Well, today’s update is having the js_composer.zip in both plugins/ folder and in the Newspaper.zip archive, in includes/plugins/ ..
I wish we would have this sorted soon.
Also this “Updates info” link from the right seems NOT UPDATED.
It is me, or in the latest update (3.8.3) It is still version 1.0. I do not want to be heavy, but this may be doing something wrong.

Newspaper version 3.8.3
VC version 4.1.3 (which was included in the themefolder)
Problem with copy function still exists.
