We’re experiencing this same issue across multiple Newspaper websites. Somehow an unauthorized user is able to upload a plugin through admin-ajax.php and inject the redirect script to: Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom Javascript
it’s being posted to tagdiv custom javascript through action=td_ajax_update_panel.
It seems that this is a widespread issue on Newspaper and needs an urgent patch!

Hi there, my website is Hustlersglobal.com. I recently updated my Newspaper 9 theme from version 10 to the current one. Before updating my theme everything looked good but shortly after updating it, my home page looked completely different and bogged out. It has completely glitched out and on mobile there are multiple bugs now and i dont know how to reverse this. BTW I also activated the mobile theme to see if it would improve our site on mobile
Please assist me as we have just launched a huge product and our page views are increasing!

I solved it deleting the code and cleaning caches (until doing this second part the redirection to the ads was still happening). I have newspapper in version 11.5.1, I haven´t updated since then (I wait a little to see problems with new version but this time I forgot to update cause I was busy). Which version do you have? (maybe we have old versions or its happening with the new one too)
I recently updated the theme on my site (https://fromthestrait.com), and it’s running very slowly. I’ve checked with the severs and hosting, and they say all is fine on their end. But some things are suddenly not working properly, and I can’t even open the “Edit Content” box when editing a page. It just tries to load forever, and never allows me to edit anything. Is anyone else experiencing this, and are there any fixes?
Same error here, when you enter to website it sends to some publicity page the first time yo enter in. Rarely if you come back to the site it works. I was testing with 3 plugins I updated yesterday but it still happening. Then I come here and see this issue so I think i´m in the same box that this partners of theme xd

If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.
Please make a full backup to all files and database => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAJXrSI-dDA
Here you can find information about the changes that have occurred in each update over time https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

Error at zones: 6(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
The only serious change made on the website was installing Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin. Can it be the cause?

First please do a full backup and please update the theme to Newsmag v5.2.2 after that in case the problem is still persisting, then please check the plugin conflict, please test it only with tagdiv plugins enabled, in case the problem is resolved, then enabled the plugins one by one until you found the one that is causing the problem.

Hello, I have serious issues with a cloud theme turning every page into the same one (content) after I updated the theme and WordPress to latest version. I reversed to a back up, just need to know if you want to check on this because the only other choice I have is to make like 41 individual templates, which I think would be way too much.
