Same thing is happening on the “/members” page that buddypress has created..
hopefully you can patch this in future updates?
Seems like it is the pages that are created by the bbpress plugin as well as the buddypress plugin.
It would be great to see this get fixed in an update since so many people use both of them.
What do you think I should do to make the editor button show on these pages for now?

Hello!
Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.2).
The issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache plugin, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello!
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Now, you can use which one is more suitable for your needs.
If the problem is still there, then please provide more information about your issue, screenshots or videos and your website link in order to help you efficiently.
A solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!
I think I helped you a lot to fix the majority of your issues. Still, do not understand what is the next issue now or if there are any issues.

Hello!
I recommend you to use mobile pages in order to have different pages on mobile version. Please do not forget to assign them in order to display on mobile devices. Build them with TagDiv Composer and you can customize your header with the help of our elements/shortcodes. It could help you the element called “Mobile menu”. This element can be used also in a responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

Hi,
Are you maybe using Cloudflare? – https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/error-520/
If you do, would it be possible to test without it being active for a while?
Even if you do use Cloudflare however, it would be unusual if the cause of such problems are the mobile theme + AMP plugins, and only after the latest theme update. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also if possible a server manager if the hosting provides one. We will take a look, maybe we can find out why there are such problems.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can upgrade to WordPress 5.8, but also to the latest version of the theme which is 11.2. The theme’s requirements: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
Please take a look for this advice before updating: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/
I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
We’ve been experiencing this problem since the last update of Newsmag came out.
Out WordPress and Newsmag are up to date.
When our website crashes, it shows the error 520.
I want to know what we should do to fix this issue.
Should we deactivate the tagdiv mobile theme and then reactivate?
Or should we reinstall everything and wait for a update for the mobile theme?
We’re losing access that are really important for us. Now, when I’m writing this post, there were at last 120 people on our website at the same time.
Hi Team,
I have been facing constant issues with the Tagdiv composer. It has been causing trouble on various occasions and after every single update. This time it is THEME ITSELF.
I can’t access any post, published or draft and others through my admin account. But when I active another theme it goes back to normal. Could you fix this issue once and for all? We never paid for these troubles!!
I actually succeeded to get back my website (some extensions were not updated and I didn’t see that before).
Now I’m on Newspaper V.10.3.9. Can you tell me if I should try again to update to V.11.2 directly or is it better to udapte one version after the other (start with V.10.4 and so on) ?
Thank you.
Hi, I updated my website devenirbilingue.com from V.10.3.7 to V.11.2 and many pages are broken (no images at some places, broken header, etc.). I tried to reinstall a previous version using your Update tool, I chose the closest version from the previous version I had because the version I had was not on the list. So I installed V.10.3.9 but the website is still broken.
For your info WordPress has been updated too, it’s V.5.8.1.
Can you help me with this, I urgently need to get back my website as I’ll participate to a large event next week.
Thank you.
Emma
Hi tagDiv! When I want to change (in the tagDiv Composer) the address of an item on the main page, I get the following error message:
“Failed to update the entry in the database. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Can you help me what the problem is?
thank you,
Ilona

I have activated the theme on my money site and your theme is costing me lots of loss in terms of revenue and ranking on google ever since I have updated the theme, the Mobile Usability score is continuously going down on google search console, whenever the site loads it shows scrambled text and images for first few seconds and then the layout automatically gets fixed and when I test the link of my website on Google Mobile-Friendly Test it gives too many errors and I’m losing ranking on google because of this issue.
Note: I’m having this issue on both mobile and desktop, I have first updated the theme to 11.2 which totally messed up my website and then I installed the previous version of the theme that is 10.4
Theme activated on: https://www.goodelectricshaver.com
Have a look at the google mobile-friendly test result for my website, follow the link below
https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?id=6jvRnjO5_dZyS6GbmRg6PQ
Please do something about this since I’m losing both ranking and revenue

Hi Calin,
Two additional questions to this,
How do you call the functions (on_ajax_get_views and on_ajax_update_views) via Javascript?
And is there any cache related code that busts the cache for counting the post views?
Thanks!
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. Check the case here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-shown/
If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme.
AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. The design is looking pretty similar as our plugin. Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
If you want only Mobile and not Mobile + AMP, please set it in the theme panel -> mobile theme -> mobile settings this option.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello Mark!
Yes, you are right the color of the title from that post is black. But, by default without any settings or CSS, all the title comes white, please check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/vBOc3IElnOB.
Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.2).
If you want, we can investigate via email why in your case is like that or you can add that CSS which I provided to you above and the problem should be solved.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello,
I think this problem is caused because the install was not done correctly, please make sure your theme and plugins are updated correctly, also, you can try to reinstall the theme and plugins
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, please make sure you do not have other extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Thank you!
While creating posts yesterday, the homepage suddenly quit loading content, and instead only displayed the header and footer. Using CTRL+F5 loads the content consistently.
I turned on debugging info in wp-config, and also see, "Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/dh_wpsun/hernandosun.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php on line 378
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/dh_wpsun/hernandosun.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php on line 501" randomly interspersed in the page. The line numbers in this message are different in the body vs. sidebar.
We went through a problem with the tagdiv composer also, but I’m not sure if that’s related to this display issue.
We’ve installed WP SuperCache, but it does nothing. The site also employs Cloudflare and uses its plugin which is supposed to clear caching upon each update to the site.
I have images showing the header/footer only and the way it’s supposed to look, but I don’t see an option to attach them.
You can view the site here: hernandosun.com
