I have the same issue. I followed your instructions above:
deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper -> Plugins and check if the issue persists.
Also, clear the cache from your pluginsBut the newspaper logo still displays. I also can’t remove the contact us or update the copyright in the footer
Is there something else that could be causing this?

Please disable the AMP and tagdiv mobile theme plugins. AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.

I recommend disabling the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, as any changes made for mobile won’t be reflected while it’s active. You can create mobile pages and templates.

on my shop product category or tag pages, my background isnt loading but I cannot access the zone to update it. If I click the zone, it opens a row and I cannot scroll up past the “row” text in the editor to click on the zone. It works fine on my other pages – its just these ones where the background is set in the zone that I cannot access the zone area.

My tagDiv Composer does not keep deactivating as in the link you gave me. It won’t activate at all after an attempted theme update.
I have been using your theme for many years so I think I should have the theme requirements pretty well covered – as was your 2nd suggestion.
Can you please look at my actual issue and suggest real help. Been running this site for years but still not a tech expert of your/wordpress software.

I just tried updating to the latest version (which I have done many times previously without issue) and after being stuck on the maintenance page for some time I am now unable to complete.
tagDiv Composer is showing as “not installed” and
tagDiv Cloud Library as “inactive”
I have tried updating/installing them numerous times but keeps showing as “failed”
Both on the Fast Start page and directly on the Plugins page.
Current version is showing as 12.6.9

Go to Settings > Discussion in your WordPress admin panel, check “Allow people to submit comments on new posts” and save changes.
For Individual Posts:
Edit the post.
In the Discussion panel, check “Allow comments” (Enable the Discussion panel from Screen Options if not visible).
Update the post and check if the comments section is showing.

I see that you have installed the Mobile theme plugin.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I’m experiencing an issue with the Newspaper theme from TagDiv after the latest update. Previously, in the admin panel (as shown in this image: link to the image), I had the option to select which social networks I wanted to display for sharing under each post. However, after updating, I no longer see this feature.
Now, it only offers me about 4 or 5 networks, and some of the most important ones, like Facebook, are missing from the available options.
Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how to restore the full list of social networks for sharing under the posts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I changed the default Admin ID 1 in WordPress a few days ago. That might be why the old ID 1 needs to be updated in the database for the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin.

Tagdiv Theme is updated and same problem exist. Kindly update the latest version after rectifying this problem as soon as possible. All required information given to you.
Update the theme. Half of the files are missing HEADER, SING PAGES, FOOTER, etc. They are not even in the library!
Twitter has recurring problems of not showing images. As long as you have the proper meta tags setup, it’s all you can do.
Also, the card validator *does* still work to validate a post and can update a stuck post to refresh. I use it all the time.
