There will be an update to our theme this week.
Also there were been made some tests on Default PRO demo and the “Log in to leave a comment” worked for both options ( with content and without content), is very possible to be an isolate case.

I understand that Modern Tribe Events Calendar is not supported. I have put in a ticket with Events Calendar. However, the website suddenly crashes with Events Calendar. I’ve recently upgraded to Newspaper 10.1 and have used this theme for more than 2 years. Here are the details:

Please make sure that you use the latest theme version 10.1, also if you used predefined header styles check if the standard pack plugin is active. Thanks, Vlad – this works. But I haven’t changed or added any plugins (except updates). I think the problem started when I installed WP 5.3. Is there a problem with WP 5.3, or a conflict with Newspaper 9.2.2?

Sorry for taking so long to answer.
I do the update as you indicate.
Once updated it is in the Default Newspaper theme, from that moment 3 or 4 categories are already deleted.
The articles in these categories are sent to the default category selected in the WordPress administrator.

Please note that this issue is fixed in the in the Newspaper 10.1 update.
Also for child theme you have to insert all the paths. Also please note that you will have to copy loop single and single template.

Hello, I just purchased Newspaper to update an old website built in 2006 (!). I am reading the intro documents and see this: “You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page”
So I have over 2000 pages I have to redo from scratch to use the builder?! Is there no other way to import the style to the existing posts?

Yes, there been some problems with SEO Yoast, we found a fix, but our developers still working to improve the functionality, if you want, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible.
