Hi all,

Like we answered before regarding the envato support license, we don’t plan to restrict the access on forum and we still continue to answer all questions in the same time frame like we did until now, of course in limit of the support policy (we offer assistance and provide fixes for all issues/bugs related to the theme). If something will be changed we will announce in advance, so don’t worry!

Also to clarify one thing, if your support license expires, this doesn’t means that you cannot download the theme anymore. This is not the same thing, you will have access to unlimited theme updates.

Everyone is free to have an opinion regarding the envato support policy. We don’t (want to) comment this.

Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access and ftp/cpanel access so we can take a closer look at this. Also you can ask your host about this maybe he has an idea about some settings on your server that may block the image download and check the errorlog file. Let us know!

We will try to implement the same layout for tagdiv blocks even if they are used in row in row in future but it may take a while.

Hi,

Newspaper 6 is practically a new theme we have changed/added new modules and blocks and you will need custom modifications to change that. I have checked your site but did not found any issues on homepage. As you said that some thumbnails are not loaded on modules but all the thumbs are loaded on your homepage and also I have checked your console for errors but did not found any(even if you said that the images are not missing, they are just unloaded), so I’m not sure where I should look or what suggestion to give you if I don;t see the problem. You could test this also with wp default theme and see how it works.
If you still get this issues please provide more specific details via email at contact@tagdiv and we will take a look but if we don’t see the problem we cannot make any suggestions. Also paste a link to this topic if you send the email.

If you are using a caching plugin please enable ajax view count – http://screencast.com/t/Q1OrCSAkxwnf Also you can install W3TC it should work with the theme, but we recommend Wp Super Cache. Please be aware about installing cache plugins, as it is not just a simple task to delete it properly and if you don’t make this properly it could cause issue(so install only one cache plugin and use it). Yoast Seo should not affect the view counter. You can check if the view counter works properly by checking the custom fields from one of your posts and refresh it for few time and see if it increments – http://screencast.com/t/nhiHKiWu7J

Hi,

You can display the sign in widget from top bar also for mobile devices. The top bar is hidden because it is not customized for mobile, but if you want only the sign in/register it can be done, please try this solution – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/login-register-topbar-menu-in-mobile/
Also we will try a better implementation for sign in widget to be available also for mobile device in a future theme update, as we are aware about this issue.

Lately the Visual Composer plugin was optimized a lot regarding the performance and security and recently we did not received any reports about this, also our theme is optimized to work with Visual Composer plugin.
You can also try to reduce the number of ajax using elements on page (mega menus, ajax pagination/load more/infinite load). Also reduce the number of blocks on your main page and enable only the plugins that you need to use.

Please make sure you have installed/updated the theme right using this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and please make sure you use the latest version of the plugins provided with the theme(Visual Composer, Social Counter..) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If you have also other plugins active please disable them and check this only with Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if it works, if you use child theme please check this by using the main theme.
