I guess that you refer to the featured image on smartlist 6, in this case(no matter what smartlist template you use) just set the post template 5 so the featured image will not appear on post page – http://screencast.com/t/ChBBfDR9itM5 it will be used only on blocks and modules.

If it works enable the plugins one by one and see which one cause this issue.

I’m not sure what you mean with the facebook likes. The theme likes counter should display all the likes your article gets on facebook(not only on your facebook page). Please provide more details.

If I understand well your theme panel settings are not saved after you remove the code from background ad click, so please check your System Status and increase those values to the recommended, see this tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ as max_input _vars small value could cause this issue with saving panel settings. If you don’t have access to php.ini file or htaccess please contact your host.

Please switch to the main theme and see if you still have this issue. If the issue disappear please make a backup of your current child theme files and update it to the version provided with the theme files as from version 6.3 we have changed the system. Hi,

The Revolution Slider plugin comes bundled within the theme files and you can find it in the /plugins folder like it is specified in that guide, you don’t have to register or update it as we provide regular updates after it is tested with the theme(with Visual Composer is the same).

Unfortunately for the moment we don’t have a documentation regarding the offset feature, but you can take a look to the old documentation to see how it works- https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles-and-offset-newspaper/
If you need a different functionality you will need custom modifications and I suggest to hire a freelancer to do it for you as we are not available for custom services, sorry!
If you have an issue with the offset feature and you think that it doesn’t work properly, please provide some screenshots with your settings and a link so we can take a look, eventually to try to recreate this.

If you make a parent category megamenu, all the subcategories will appear automatically there, please check this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ There is not option to change the subcategories order if this is what you mean. Please make sure you have post views enabled on your site and also if you use a cache plugin this sort order will not work properly like Catalin stated above. Also enable ajax view count – http://screencast.com/t/U4jJuAi2Dnn
Also you can test it by editing a post and take a look at custom fields: http://screencast.com/t/mSiJvu61tGj then refresh the post a few times and check if it increments. If those values are changed when the post is viewed then 7 days sort should work properly.

Hi,

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option to block an image on mobile devices, you can use custom css to hide it but it will still be loaded in the source just that it will not be visible.
The theme used the same thumbnails on blocks/modules even it is desktop or mobile(it is used just css to customize them on different devices) to not create so many thumbs for each device.
