Also, make sure that you have og image set, usually, for this, we recommended to use the SEO Yoast plugin (our theme doesn’t have the option for on image).
Also, you can check the og image using this tool => https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
To share a post with a featured image, please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ use SEO Yoast (in this guide you will know how to display the og image using Yoast plugin).

On the blocks that you use you can’t set the image size on 16:9. You can try to use the flex blocks which have the option to adjust the image size => https://www.screencast.com/t/sMBfMtyRW where you can set the height and width to have the 16:9.

Please make sure you have all plugins theme are up to date. Also, a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

If I understand correctly now the changes that you made were updating (depends that what setting you made and the settings from the cache plugin you need to clear the cache from theme panel setting or tagDiv Composer settings, or if it is a new post then the cache will be clean automatically).
