Some factors which you need to take into account are:

Now the best way to do this is to copy the cloud content from staging to the live website. The Flex Blocks are from 1 to 5 and X, you are using standard blocks. I recommend using Flex Blocks instead of blocks 1-25; those are from the tagdiv standard pack and can’t be customized as a Flex Block.
