Do you maybe have another page builder activated? like WPBakery page builder for instance. This seems like a plugin conflict and we have seen such issues before when other page builders were active on the website. Please try to deactivate your non tagDiv plugins briefly to see if the issue is caused by a plugin and if it’s gone then you need to find the culprit.

Please let me know what prebuilt website do you have installed, if you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can change the fonts from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/y4NljP3w2uao but if you have Pro Prebuilt Website, then you need to set the font with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI

So please make sure you have Header Template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

@AWAY FROM LIFE Please make sure that all theme plugins are installed (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you are using standard elements). Most of the time one of the theme plugins is not activated.

I verified and seems you use a plugin to optimize the CSS => https://i.imgur.com/rDlCmVE.png and I think it affected CSS for the mobile menu.
Please try to remove the optimization and check after this, normally the background color should work the same for pages and posts.

Depends, if you have block 1-24 in your website, or if you use style header/footer/post from the theme panel, then if you deactivate the tagDiv Standard Pack you will only have shortcodes, but you can disable it, you make the changes for the mobile theme, after which you can activate it again.

We said that we could not have prevented it as in any of our testing scenarios no incident has happened. The theme licensing is something handled by the Envato market, and when we tested the communication between the API and our theme everything worked as expected. We tested many situations and none disclosed such an unfortunate situation.
We are sorry that this incident has harmed you. We never intended it. The image was created to give the website owner of a nulled version the option to activate the theme.
