Unfortunately, this option was implemented only on the blocks that can be edited with tagDiv Composer, for blocks from Apparence- > Widgets has not been added, because in the newest versions changes have been made so you can create your sidebar with tagDiv Composer.

Also, if you referring to the users who can edit with tagDiv Composer, then only the changes made by the administrator and editor will be saved.
The other users can open it, but the changes made are not saved.

To achieve that you can use a plugin that has that social media integrated or with custom work.

Most of the time this problem is made by a plugin conflict, please do a test, let enable only tagDiv Plugins and try again.

To make the website full width you can choose “Stretch row and content” or “Stretch row and content (with paddings)” you can stretch the row after your needs.
There is a conflict between tagDiv Composer/Cloud Library and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
