1. disable tagDiv Composer
2. uninstall tagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

At the moment we did not test those plugins with the theme and we had no way of knowing that these cannot work with the theme.
In some cases this can be a problem related to some plugins or even WordPress (latest updates), to check this please try to do a test on a default theme to see if the problem persists.
Indeed, for the latest version of WordPress and the theme, some issues related to payments have been reported. Our developers have been informed about this issue.
A solution is to revert to the previous version, v10.3.9.1

If you use a mobile page, not responsive then it will be a different mobile page.
Only if you use responsive and mobile theme then the same page will be used for the mobile version and the same SEO will be used for the page => https://yoast.com/on-serp-seo/
Both mobile page and mobile theme plugin are SEO friendly.

The license is for a lifetime and you will have access to updates.
Also, you can use a license key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.

Usually, the problem is from a cache plugin, because you are using the mobile theme plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/mpbsqaVtX2kL, the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa). I saw you have Block 4, so to disable the date/comments count and author you need to go in Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta info on modules/blocks=> https://www.screencast.com/t/rArCoVUNJNf, the layout tab are for blocks like Flex block and big grid flex.

Unfortunately, the Cloud Template can’t be used in a child theme, because this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and the configuration of them are saved into the database, you can use only the standard templates.
