Hello @eman!
Everything looks ok in your screenshots. It’s strange and it should work.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hello @eman!
Check the guides: https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads-7/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
You can customize the post view element only if you are using a cloud template that is editable with the tagdiv Composer. Guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
Thank you!
Hello!
Check if you have the element on the page, and check the color as well.
Thank you!
Hello @frankiefop!
1. Check these guides: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/ -> https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/#preload-newspaper-theme-fonts
2 – 3 – 4. Check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/admin-ajax-loading-time
We could provide only some guides, check this thread:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/can-anyone-provide-advice-on-speed-issues/
Please note that page speed or optimization is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
It depends on how many elements you use on your pages, ads, etc.
Thank you!
Hello @ericarrache!
If you use cloud templates, then you can edit every page with the tagdiv composer and check if you have set any color on the hover. For example, here: https://app.screencast.com/4mEGO0dbxKzwQ?conversation=a7HFaN0kwMAgjzRGyDg587
The first square option is the normal color, and the second one is the color for the hover effect. Click there and delete any color from there.
Thank you!
Hello @Demetri!
You can use a flex block with limit 1 and place it where you want. Also, you can specify the post’s ID, and it will display only one. Check the guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m glad I could help you!
Have a great day!
Hello @BLAY!
No. It’s working. Please copy-paste the link manually in a new tab of your browser.
If you want to use mobile pages, then you should assign them to the desktop pages.
Thank you!
Hello @sotirow96!
They should work. Please check that all the settings are the same as the original ones. Verify the settings you’ve applied for those taxonomies. Clear all your cache.
Thank you!
Hello @sotirow96!
Please check in the Cloud Templates if the CPT templates are set as global.
Thank you!
Hello @sotirow96!
I’ve tested on my end, and I can see the user is the author that appears in Jobs -> All Jobs. Also, the user can see in my account -> job listings the jobs created by him only.
You can enable the author of a CPT from ACF: https://app.screencast.com/B5LCgkQgcMwW4
Thank you!
Hello @sotirow96!
Set your taxonomies like this: https://app.screencast.com/suQRU09dbm7Dm
If the issue is still there, then please check if there is not a plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hello!
This is the path: td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_user_reviews_form.php
531 line.
Thank you!
Hello @itgrcapitallink!
You can change that text from here: https://app.screencast.com/SPIzEs1mngDF8
Thank you!
Hello!
1. You should edit an article with the tagdiv composer and use the element Single Post Tags. Make sure you have tags assigned to your article as well. Also, check if you have a tag template in Cloud Template and set it global.
2. Please check the console if you have any errors when you click Save Settings.
A similar situation has already been discussed here; please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-panel-settings-are-not-saving-2/
3. You can hide it on mobile, and you’ll have it on the other viewports. You can hide every element from the CSS tab: https://prnt.sc/1FJiMub9ke4s for each viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
I recommend you turn this option on: https://app.screencast.com/R9qXYOO0g44lO before anything else.
4. You should place it in the content zone and not in the header or footer zones that are global, and it will display on all pages.
Thank you!

Hello!
Sure. Follow the steps:
1. Add the element Single Post Views somewhere there. Copy and paste it after this element, as here: https://app.screencast.com/kbctcWo1U0XZH and delete the first one added before.
2. Apply these settings: https://app.screencast.com/m7nvTkPlUXhOy
3. These are the settings for the mobile viewport: https://app.screencast.com/MwRo5lxM1oNdr
Thank you!
Hello @sotirow96!
Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/filters-sorting-taxonomies/
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Select the inner row and change the CSS settings and not the post view element.
Thank you!
Hello Yaron!
In order to have all the images aligned correctly in the blocks, you must have all the images uploaded at the same size.
Thank you!
Hello!
Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have some settings for the rows and different stretch sizes: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A
Make sure that this setting is disabled as here: https://app.screencast.com/FOwnXv63emAOR
You should access the theme panel settings, press save settings, and the to-top button will disappear from the header.
Thank you!
