Hello Paul!
Please set a light color in order to see your menu. Also, set the links for the items when you create the menu in Appearance -> Menus.
For every block, you can see the options to disable/enable it in the Layout tab: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello Matt!
Check the filters from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello @theheritagelab !
Please check the console and see which errors you encounter. Normally, if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Hello @pbc!
You do not need those fields. For example, you can set as a reference a link from that button: https://prnt.sc/yUnq08TpyzgR

Hello @dlicoppe !
If you check with the CSS inspector, you’ll find it here: https://prnt.sc/0sOI2tH8C2XL
Make sure it is not hidden in Composer. If you can’t find an element after you have hidden it on every viewport, check this thread for the solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cssdisplay-show-or-hidden/
Or set a CSS code with display none.
Thank you!
Hello @artetsu!
The URL field it will take only the URL. Check this guide: https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/acf-field-inside-button/
Or try like this: https://prnt.sc/OE7EXR-CG4os
I hope that helps you!

Hello @dlicoppe !
Ok. Once again, if you have this element on the pages, please choose a menu from here: https://prnt.sc/3Uv47zBB-zpz or delete it like this: https://prnt.sc/gDPHSDDfCSbH
Finally, the code will disappear. In the theme panel settings, make sure you did not set any style: https://prnt.sc/eS7jx2yCC8OR
Please check every page in the tagdiv Composer, any language page and viewport.
I hope that helps you and you can solve your issue!
Thank you!
Hello @dlicoppe !
I’m sorry that you face those issues, but I’m sure that we do not delete the plugins of our clients. Anyway, I told you exactly where you could find the code. In the mobile viewport, for every menu, check if you’ve chosen the menu (check in the theme panel also).
Thank you!
Hello @artetsu!
That element is implemented to support fields like text, url, email, textarea, number, select, checkbox, radio, and button group: https://prnt.sc/CrTrCZ3RGJB_

Hello @Alex!
The triggers can be set in the Google Tag Manager. There is a special field for Google Analytics (theme panel>analitics/js code) and you do not need to add the code in the multiple fields.
Thank you!
Hello @jdearing!
Unfortunately, we do not have any guide of the configuration with CloudFront.
Thank you!
Hello @jdearing !
This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cpu-and-memory-100-usage-admin-ajax-php/
Thank you!
Hello @shamusmahmood !
We do not have any option for this in our theme. Probably you have some settings for that. We recommend you to have all the tagdiv plugins installed and activate, also up to date in order to have access to the new features and fixes.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
