Hello @rs_cwi !
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems that the problem is because of some conflicts with Cloudways and blocks the WP Editor to load. Please check the settings and also our requirements: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In .htaccess file, this is a problem: https://prnt.sc/Pzq85SpQwT7v
Please check this article too: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/wordpress-500-internal-server-error/

Hello @volvano!
Did you cleared the cache? Try in an incognito window as well. Make sure you do not have the ad block extension.
Thank you!
Hello @healthitindia !
Try to update the permalinks : https://prnt.sc/333oUsWveuRn (click save changes).
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
The child theme is not overwritten by the update. An issue for that could be the compatibility of your child theme with the new version of our theme(if you use some files which were updated). If you’ll have some custom modifications directly in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after the update.
All about child theme you can find here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello!
Replied in the previous topic.

Hello!

Hello Giorgos!
Try to import the images with the WordPress Importer.

Hello @zhangleji !
1. Yes, because on mobile phones there is not enough spaces for both. You can arrange the columns like this: https://prnt.sc/NSsPAVvs8ARU and change the values for font, width, etc.
2. Make sure that is not hidden in the mobile viewport. Click on any element on desktop viewport, css tab.
Thank you!

Hello @origamix !
The Posts Loop element automatically filters the posts depending on the tagDiv Cloud Library template you set. As an example, if you’re editing a specific category page, the element will display posted posts from that particular category. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please note that the customization(code) will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.
Thank you so much for understanding!

Hello @infotec!
You can add any element in the sidebar in the TagDiv Composer. If you add it to a template and make it global, then it will appear on every page that has assgned that template. You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Thank you!
Hello @volvano!
In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Thank you!
