The theme panel settings works only for default templates.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

There is a workaround for that. Please follow the steps:
1. Install the ACF plugin.
2. Build a field with these settings applied: https://prnt.sc/QtZ0TXke3f-N (Save changes)
3. Use Gutenberg to edit a post/article, then upload your pdf file from Media Library in the field you created. (Update post)
4. Edit the post’s template and add a button with these settings applied: https://prnt.sc/dZW5xvbzU3kK (Save changes)
5. View the post/article and click on the button. It will lead to your pdf file, from where you can download it.

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and activate.
