Hello!

Yes. There is no option to hide it when the acf value is empty.
You can add a default value to your acf, but it will work only if you save the post or use it for the next new posts.

Thank you!

Hello!

First of all, make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and check again. Somehow, you can see which plugin caused the issue.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello!

Edit the post and add a value to that acf field, upload the post and try again.

Thank you!

Hello!

Some advice could be:
– Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
– Compress images more significant than 100kb or use WEBP images
– CDNs serve images from servers closest to the user, reducing load times: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
– Regularly audit and clean up unused media

I hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello!

You can assign any template you want there, but if you need some elements to be there, you should add them to the tagdiv Composer. Please note that you can not edit the default styles that are not customizable, and you can’t change the elements(their style) inside them.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello!

Do you use the correct YouTube API Key?
https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
Remove the background color, and it should work: https://app.screencast.com/5h0utYoIYPSnP

Hello!

I do not recommend using those plugins with our theme.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer support for untested plugins.

Thank you so much for understanding!

Hello!

I’ve checked Chrome and Firefox and can’t see the issue. Did you solve the issue?

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

Oh, ok. There seems to be a problem with Translations.
I’ll add this issue to our list so that we will correct it in the following updates.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello!

The header from the mobile viewport differs from the other viewports.
Unfortunately, not every header is different from each viewport.
So, there is no other way to achieve what you need.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello Luca!

The theme will not create Webp images but will load them on BLOCKS if they exist on your server. This is written to that setting from the theme panel settings.
If you want to use Webp images in the Revolution Slider, try using Webp images that you have in the Media Library. Check this guide: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/how-to-use-webp-images-in-slider-revolution/

I hope that helps you!

Hello @mm-2!

Please note: “This sorting option will pick popular posts in the last 7 days, ordered by page views.” This means it’s not sorted by the publish date, just by page views from the last 7 days.

Thank you!

Hello Caro!

Did you install the EastCoast Check Pro demo with content?
For this demo, you have to add Locations taxonomies under My directories. For each listing, you can choose the taxonomies: https://app.screencast.com/CR7Bx9yJnMT60
In the tagdiv Composer, you can display them like this: https://app.screencast.com/bmFCLIGBTKlmO
For the shortcode CPT Location Display, you need to have a Google Maps API key: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-google-maps-api/

Thank you!

Hello!

View a product and choose the template you like for that product from here: https://app.screencast.com/ujQ9dpKW6k8FF -> https://app.screencast.com/r6Q2kpkECuzfb
Yes. I’ll add this request to our list so we can change this functionality so that it works well when you duplicate the template. I recommend you use the mobile viewport of the cloud template at the moment. If you like an element only in the mobile viewport, add two and hide it on the desktop from the CSS tab of each element.

Thank you!

Hello!

For this shortcode, you can uncheck this option: https://app.screencast.com/6nJdInfquY1Ja
Check in the Newspaper-> Theme panel-> Translations-> Translations and replace the word on the right side https://app.screencast.com/EDwOcaEyyHmLI and save the settings in the theme panel.

Thank you!

Hello!

1. Unfortunately, there is no option to disable those fields.

2. You can not modify the fields or add new ones.

3. I see that is a criteria called Overall created by you, right?

Thank you!

Hello!

Please check it in the tagdiv Composer.

Check in the Composer and mobile viewport, and delete the entire element from there, too. Clear all the cache and try again.

Place the ticker in a new row and ensure it is placed in the content zone, not the header zone. Please follow the video to see where you can find and edit/build your sticky header on mobile and desktop, too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt

Sure. You can install a blank template, customize it in the tagdiv Composer, and assign it to your posts. More info here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

I hope that helps you!

Thank you!
