Hello!

We’re sorry that you feel disappointed, but the theme has not tested with any plugin or feature for the web stories. Those are on our improvement list. We try to help you as much as we can.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello!

No, but you can check which font is used and change it from the TagDiv Composer.

Thank you!

Hello Laurie!

Yes, they should work and you have that option while you edit normally a page.
You shouldn’t edit a template, only the pages.
A template is for the design.
For the template, you can choose to use the offset feature which is working very well.

Thank you!

Hello Oliver!

For category siblings element, you can change the color from the theme panel like this: https://prnt.sc/lEIIukYINZFn -> https://prnt.sc/yFQmTTYNqWSc

The color of the menu items can be changed only with some specific custom work which is not covered by the support team.

Those are some warnings, so they do not affect your website.

Thank you!

Hello!

Edit this page https://www.captainforest.com/page/2/ with the TagDiv Composer, click on the Website Manager and make sure the header is set up there.

This is the way it works, unfortunately, A workaround there could be to select the “HIDE ON PAGINATION” option: https://prnt.sc/bKH-xpTKTX0y on the rows you do not want to be displayed in the second/third page.

Thank you!

Hello!

Make sure that when you upload an image, you choose full size: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e
If the article image size is correct and also you didn’t solved the issue, then you can upload again the images in full size and set it again(with different name).
In the flex blocks you can choose which image size should use: https://www.screencast.com/t/r3Dzcmj94gVL
Maybe you can use a plugin to transform the images in Webp.

Thank you!

Do you use the same template for both pages?

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

No, it should apply automatically on every demo that you have used before and after too.

Hello @mediamiu!

Why you should reinstall them? They are not updating once with the theme?

Thank you!

Hello!

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

Hello!

I’m sorry, but I do not understand what the issue you have with this link which leads you to the 404 template. It seems that this page doesn’t exist anymore in your website.

Thank you!

Hello Jacco!

I can see that in the code you do not have a featured image or a link with any image. So, please try to set up the image again as in this link and see the changes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/

Thank you!

Hello!

Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on that menu and delete the menu element. There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
You can hide it also from the CSS tab of the element: Display: HIDDEN.

Thank you!

Hello!

In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information about what exactly you need to achieve, screenshots or a video.

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, this will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.
A possible workaround is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/vast-tag-preroll-video-where-is-video-code/
