I can see that you’ve deleted all the Newspaper code stored in the DB.
There isn’t any extra file from the theme. If you used the Opt-in builder, then please check for the options starting with tds_.

Please check if you do not have some extra CSS code for that.
Also, make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and see the results!

There is an option for cloud templates and you can disable h1 for the logo.

There is a possibility to assign a different cloud CPT template to every CPT you have. You can make a template global for only one CPT you have. And also, for the other one, you can choose another global template.
