Hello!
Make sure you assigned correctly the mobile page to your desktop page: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so the latest version of the theme is 11.4.3. Make sure that all the plugins are up to date too.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have any similar animation in our theme. Maybe you can find a plugin for that.
Otherwise, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
I’ve checked your website and it seems that your images are displaying well.
Did you solve the issue?
Thank you!
Hello!
Please copy the link and paste it in a new tab, so it will work.
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no option to hide the inline ads.
I’ll add this feature to our improvement list.
Thank you!
Hello!
This has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-rocket-and-theme/
Thank you!
Hello!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
Please take a look for this advice before updating: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/
I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The child theme is not overwritten by the update. An issue for that could be the compatibility of your child theme with the new version of our theme(if you use some files which were updated). If you’ll have some custom modifications directly in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after the update.
Make sure that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
We recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see the results and then you can update the theme.
Check this guide also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ and make sure that there is no any issue which can block any js.
Thank you!
Hello!
In the meantime, you can change the code from td_module.php and tdb_module.php.
Thank you!
Hello!
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb, delete the cache and see the results.
We did not tested this kind of gallery, so we can not say if there is a possibility to work with our theme.
About the counter problem, please disable the cache plugin that you use, clear the cache from your browser and try also in an incognito tab.
Other alternatives, could be the tagdiv gallery: https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/ or Revolution slider: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos-prebuilt-websites/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please access that page, edit it with the TagDiv Composer and check which element you have there. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, no ETA yet.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
You have Open Sans Condensed in desktop and mobile. In safari, I think you can restart the standard fonts. Also, for Chrome you can adjust the font from settings and search for Fonts. Check also the font you applied and make sure it is the correct one.
Thank you!
Hello!
Set the page as homepage by accessing Settings -> Reading: https://prnt.sc/h9ImaJnI7ub3

Hello!
I hope we can add an option probably in the theme panel.

What are the changes you make in this file?

Hello!
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
Check this guide also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Hello!
If you use a cloud template for all your posts, then all the changes from that cloud template it will be applied on every single post.
A workaround there could be to duplicate the template with another name, but same template and do the changes for only one post. Assign the duplicate template for your special post.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m glad that I could help you!
Have a wonderful day!
