Now, what you have to do is to access your menu from Appearance -> Menus and delete the subcategories you have added.

Regarding to the ads, you have some errors in the console. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
If you use this option with the Mobile Theme plugin, then please reinstall this plugin and see the changes. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:

Please edit this page with the TagDiv Composer and you can customize the way it looks like. Also, the footer while you scroll down the page and reach it.
You can add the sidebar in the tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row (or existing one)
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
