Hello Naushad!
Check this guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
If you use a cloud/PRO template, then edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and delete the Single Post Comment element from tagDiv Composer.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Try to edit the post template with TagDiv Composer, select the last row and set a bottom margin to that row and see the results!
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see you have some errors when the page is loading, it could be something that blocks navigation to display. The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello Richard!
I just replied to your mail, please check and let’s continue the discussion there.
Thank you!
Hello!
We want only to help you that’s why we are working in the support team. We need enough information about your issue and your settings which you applied in order to help you as efficiently as we can to avoid a lot of time wasted. Any changes that we will make on your website, you will know and they can be done only with your permission. Sometimes, if you can not provide more details about your issue, we will require wp admin access to investigate the issue and provide a fast and easy solution.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Please check if you have a non-Tagdiv plugin active, some security settings or cache plugin which cause this, because the theme has no setting in order to achieve this.
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
You can use a license key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Thank you!
Hello!
Please deactivate all non-TagDiv plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem occurs.
Also, check if your theme and plugins are up to date(version 11.2), installed and active.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please note that customization is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
For customization and other services you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
You can request a refund here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will approve it as soon as possible and Envato will refund your money.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have this feature in our theme.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Add to that column a flex block, go to the filter tab of the element’s settings and from the dropdown category filter you can choose: Single – Related by category.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure that all the TagDiv plugins are up to date, installed and active. (Standard Pack plugin also)
It seems that you use Mobile Theme plugin for the mobile version. As you know, the settings for this mobile version are in the Theme Panel.
After all this, if the problem occurs, then please provide how was before or if these changes are because of the update.
I recommend you to make a full backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please take a look for this advice before updating: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/

Hello!
There is a conflict between TagDiv Composer and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
TagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
Please check if you have all the TagDiv plugins installed and active: Standard Pack, Tagdiv Composer, Cloud Library.
Thank you!
Hello!
1. Unfortunately, there is no other solution, because if you do not like the sidebar which you created by TagDiv Composer, then for default ones there is no settings like that. This will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.
2. Unfortunately, this plugin is not tested with our theme and we can not provide support for untested plugins.
Thank you!
Hello!
I recommend you to try to use the staging plugin, so you won’t ruin your website, check also this article from here and give it a try: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
If this will be considered as a new feature in the next updates, then we will try our best to bring you a best solution in the future.
Thank you!
Hello!
If your problem wasn’t fixed by the plugin try to follow those steps for both plugins:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Let us know the results!
Make sure your plugins are not outdated!(it is a warning in Newspaper -> Welcome)
Thank you!
