1. This is your website, right? https://app.screencast.com/WYTr3GRyg8rRX So, this is what I mean and this is a problem from any other cause and not the theme.
2. In some causes, this problem with this error has been fixed like that. So, maybe you have the same issue on your end.
3. I just wanted to let you know that the problem in on your end only on your own website and not in the theme. And you should begin to inveatigate the issue how I explain you in the steps. If the issue is not solved by following my steps, then please let your host provider know about it and help you asap.

You should use a cloud single post template in order to be able to edit it with the tagdiv Composer.
The Single Post Featured Image shortcode will display the video as in your screenshot. But the Single Post BG Featured Image shortcode displays the image from the video.
