Hello!
This issue with the error from Composer has also been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-elements-5/.
Please make sure you did all the steps that I mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-1models-0dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-curr/
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, you can’t change the default pages from there or remove the Account details.
There is an option to remove that dropdown: https://app.screencast.com/gXQUTL8kMfKt2
Thank you!
Hello!
There are the same settings, but only the default style is different with some spacing.
You can use some CSS code as well and there is an option to give a custom class in the extra class field from the General tab of the element.
Thank you!
Hello Paolo!
It should work well if there are not any issues to encounter from your end. Also, from an old version, you should update the plugins and the builders in order to use the newest features. We always test the updates in our theme. I also recommend you to rollback and start to redesign your website using the latest tools from the theme on a staging site. After that, you can move the entire project with Duplicator. You can use the same license code for the staging.
Thank you!
Hello!
The problem is not from our theme, because I’ve tested it and it succesfully installed without any error.
500 Internal Server Error server error response code indicates that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. Check those guides: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ -> https://eu.siteground.com/kb/internal_server_error_500/
Let the host provider know about those issues as well, maybe he can guide you.
See this topic for more solutions: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-panel-settings-are-not-saving-2/
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve sent the links above, and I gave you the steps necessary to look into. If this wasn’t helpful to you, then I’m not sure which issue you have and what is the case there. That’s why I was thinking that should be solved fast if I will see exactly the issue from your end. Also, ask the host provider to look into it and try to assist you. This is not an issue in the theme. Only on your end.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello Armin!
Go to the Newspaper -> Plugins, install and activate the Standard Pack plugin. Check again the settings.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have a guide with some tips on why our Composer is not working properly; please check it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
I can offer some suggestion regarding the page speed:
Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.
Utilize Caching: Implement caching to reduce server load and speed up page loading times. WordPress caching plugins like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache can generate static HTML files of your pages to serve users instead of dynamically generating them each time.
Minify CSS and JavaScript: Minify your CSS and JavaScript files to remove unnecessary characters and reduce file sizes. This can be done manually or through plugins like Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache.
Enable GZIP Compression: Enable GZIP compression on your server to reduce the size of files sent from your server to users’ browsers. Most hosting providers offer GZIP compression, but you can also enable it through plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.
Optimize Database: Regularly clean up and optimize your WordPress database to remove unnecessary data and improve performance. You can use plugins like WP-Optimize to automate this process.
Limit External Requests: Minimize the number of external requests your website makes by reducing the use of external scripts and widgets. Each external request adds overhead to your page’s loading time.
Enable Lazy Loading: Implement lazy loading for images, videos, and iframes so that they are only loaded when they are visible on the user’s screen. This can significantly reduce initial page loading times.
Optimize Server Response Time: Choose a reliable hosting provider with fast server response times. Consider using a content delivery network (CDN) to serve your content from servers closer to your users.
Regularly Update Plugins and Themes: Keep your WordPress core, plugins, and themes updated to the latest versions to ensure compatibility with the latest performance optimizations and security patches.
Ads can significantly impact the speed of your WordPress website since they often involve loading external resources and scripts. You can try to limit the number of ads, optimize ad sizes and formats, and implement lazy loading on your ads.
By following these tips, you can significantly improve the page speed of your WordPress website, leading to better user engagement, higher search engine rankings, and overall improved performance.

Hello!
Unfortunately, no.

Hello!
Check the favicon and set it up here: Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Select site icon -> upload the favicon and press Publish and here: Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Header -> Logo & Favicon.
Clear all the cache and it should work well.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there are no settings in order to achieve that.
A workaround there could be to use a modal popup: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ to have this functionality.
Thank you!
Hello Paolo!
For every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
-> Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/.
-> Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m not sure which settings do you use on your WordPress install or which plugins. But, there are no rules specified like yours when you install the Jobhunt demo: https://app.screencast.com/oDCj8JZzrmz2y -> https://app.screencast.com/FMPLUo9McNXhC
Thank you!
Hello Saniya Saher!
A workaround there could be to create two modules there: https://app.screencast.com/6bpwU72C0Oj82
First module should display one post and the second one could have another limit and an offset 1, so you can use the same filter.
In order to edit the existing modules and customize it as you want, it requires a lot of custom code which is not covered by the support team.
For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
Thank you!
Hello!

Hello!
Try to use the Video Embed shortcode, apply the full URL of your video.
Apply the negative margin and an z index 999. The result should be like this: https://app.screencast.com/TyjrmidMuUZNs
Thank you!
Hello!
You can set a value with – for the inline text margin. You can set any z-index value for any element from the CSS tab: https://app.screencast.com/56dJ0RaTP29Df
Thank you!
Hello!
In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called “Single Post Content” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Thank you!
Hello!
You can not use flex blocks without the plugin or theme. You can add multiple blocks on the cloud templates. The elements from the tagdiv Composer can not be used in the default templates.
Check the settings of the flex blocks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
There are special filters as well and the block knows to filter by the current category for example. You can also copy-paste the block or save it as element and use it in another cloud page. Please check the filters applied always.
Thank you!
