Hello Beth!
I’m fine, thank you.
You need to re-install which means delete and activate again.
Also, make sure your WordPress, TagDiv plugins are up to date.

Hello Bogdan!
First of all, please check about a caching problem(delete your cache also from your browser) and a plugin conflict.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
It should work because I tested with the latest update and it is working great on my side.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

Hello!
1. Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager click on Header -> Mobile Menu(you should be able to see your mobile version in Composer now), click on the header row and change the background color from the CSS tab of the row’s settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/DsMHjybIwX

Hello Sean!
One thing that you need to know before is that mobile pages which you use is not compatible with AMP at the moment. So, AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme.
Please note that if you enable the Mobile Theme on a page which was created with TagDiv Composer will not display the design you built because the Mobile Theme has the own templates design.
For more information about Mobile Theme, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
In the end, you can choose which want it is more suitable for your needs. If you still want to choose the mobile pages and you will have the same problem, then please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate more into this issue and find a best solution for you. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.

Hello!
Please reinstall TagDiv Composer plugin, also make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you don’t have the plugins up to date, any solution will not work for you that’s why I suggest to give it a try and check because if you had an old version to your updates, then the theme update is not updating your plugins automatically.
Also, you should reinstall the TagDiv Composer again and delete your cache(even from your browser).
We understand that your website means work, time, etc that’s why we recommend all the time a full backup before update.
If you tried all these solutions which was really helpful for a lot of clients, then there could be a plugin conflict.
Please give it a try and let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
The Single Image element has the options image height and image width responsive, so you can change those settings according to the width of the browser.
For example, you can not load another image depending on the viewport.
