Hello!
I just replied to you in your own topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/export-themes/
Please check and let’s continue the discussion there!
Thank you!
Hello!
You need to edit that page with Tagdiv Composer, access Website Manager and choose the option for the header => no header : https://www.screencast.com/t/snLnYRXeAtY
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
For underline the text you need to select the text and press CTRL + U and for the color you need to set this Text Highlight Color to red: https://www.screencast.com/t/T0qe1NUlwj
Thank you!
Hello!
Please note if you use a cloud/PRO template you will be able to edit that page with TagDiv Composer plugin, and the changes made in theme panel should reflect on your default templates.
Please check the differences between cloud vs default templates from our guides:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
Hope that helps you!

Hello!
This seems to be a WordPress issue as you can see here: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/47510
Please make sure you have your WordPress and plugins up to date.
For the second issue, please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/image-elements-do-not-have-explicit-width-and-height-2/
Hope that helps you!

Hello!
Please make sure to use our newest tool called tagDiv CSS Analyzer which comes in handy to resolve some of your issues. Take a look at your video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc

Hello!
I am not sure I fully understand what you are looking to edit. Can you please provide a screenshot and more information in order to help you?
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, this plugin is not a tested one. We tested Contact Form 7 plugin with our theme and it is working well.
Please note that we don’t offer support for untested plugins.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello!
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
First code you don’t need to add somewhere because it is already implemented in our theme files.
The second one has a special place in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> AMP ADS.
Thank you!
Hello!
Check the settings by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads and delete the multiple ads from the fields.
If there are not multiple ads, then you need to check for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello Sean!
It seems you use a responsive version of your desktop and not the Mobile Theme plugin.
For this mobile version there is no cookies there.
A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme plugin, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
Check and let me know if you have a mobile page assigned to your homepage. For more information about this mobile version please take a look in this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Thank you!
Hello!
Make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date, if not make it manually because it was the main issue to everyone.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello!
It seems that you don’t have some TagDiv plugins installed.
Please make sure all that your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Also, try to clean your cache after that(from your browser too).
If the problem is still there, then please check for a plugin conflict.
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
You need to redesign a bit your page to increase the score of the test.
Also, please check for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please provide me your website link, a screenshot with the bold text you want and exactly the size in order to help you.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please note that if you use a cloud template, you need to do these settings in TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” because if you set up just in theme panel, then they won’t display.
If you use a default template and did the settings in theme panel, then it should display well.
Also, try to reinstall the TagDiv Composer plugin, update your WordPress and TagDiv plugins and it should work just fine.
Thank you!
Hello!
With that feature you will have a copy of the settings just from theme panel and not the settings from a cloud page which was built with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello!
I checked your website page and it seems to work just fine.
Please provide us more information and a screenshot with your issues.
Also, please delete your cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems to be a stretch row there. Please edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, click on that line and delete it(you should see a recycle basket there or try to drag & drop the row into the bottom of the page in the red area).
Thank you!
Hello!
Please try to reinstall the social counter plugin.
Also, please look into our documentation here too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
If the problem is still there, then please check for a plugin conflict or a caching issue.
Thank you!
Hello!
We will take in consideration your query.
Thank you for the request and proposal!
Hello!
For example, if that block is a flex blocks created with TagDiv Composer, then you should be able to hide the review stars from the element’s settings.
Thank you!
