Sorry, but the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add a pagination in this case, unfortunately! If you will use a block and sort it by tags, you can add a pagination from Block Settings.

Please notice that the correct HTML syntax for this is with double quotes, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WqWdo8iGJv I have tested on my side with a default theme and the behavior is the same. The WordPress will add double quotes if you will enter the HTML code with a single quote. Please understand that the single quote is not correct. This functionality comes from a default WordPress and not come from our theme.
