Check the Theme panel option from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MAyDyTasAn and activate the General modal from the entire site. Clear all the caches and check the results. notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!

Frist of all, you should remove the old theme from your WordPress if in the past you have an old version of that theme. Most likely, this error happened due to an inappropriate plugin’s install. Try to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Install the Rev Slider according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ and ensure that you are using the proper version of the slider which comes bundled with the theme pack.
