Hi,
Unfortunately, this issue happens due when you are using a single template default, sorry! It seems that we forget to add shortcode “<?php echo $td_mod_single
->get_social_sharing_bottom();?>” in “loop-single.php”. For example, you have style1 then you can add your custom shortcode at wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php
We consider fixing this issue in our future updates as soon as possible.
Hope this helps!
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi,
Ensure that your website has been correctly and fully transferred to the new domain. Many of our users have made these transfers using the WP Duplicator plugin. For more details about that plugin, you can check here -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-move-wordpress-to-a-new-host-or-server-with-no-downtime/ If the problem persists, you can try to make a new install to your host via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If you have any question or if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and full CPanel access so we can take a closer look at your configuration page. When you send us an email, please copy/paste this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Hi,
I have checked your Ad Code and I saw that’s a little smaller than the theme ad container, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/f0UkEROpEr3c Please notice that our theme does not affect the Google Adsense code. The theme only takes the code and display it in the Frontend. As you can see in the screenshot, the iframe width is smaller than theme ad container and this one cannot be changed because all of the iframe rules comes bundled with your AdSense code. You need to check your AdSense configuration because you should change these parameters from there, sorry!
Thank you for understanding!

Hi,
1)Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for that, sorry! Only the captions will be displayed.
2)Unfortunately, that’s the default HTML structure of our posts and pages. If you want to edit it, you need to do it yourself through the code because we cannot provide additional customizations.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please notice that you can further use the Visual Composer if you want but you need to activate our TD Composer. So, if you want to migrate all of your elements from WPBackery to our page builder, please check the following topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to edit the footer section you need to edit your Footer page, using the TD Composer. After I checking your webiste I saw that you are using the Footer Page functionality for footer section. When you edit it from the composer, you will see the element which has set up the Map from where you can change it to another one, with your location. For that, please check the following useful guide from here -> https://en.support.wordpress.com/google-maps/
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to be more speccifc you need to add a specific class for that container, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RnFdUYwhik4 Use the inspector browser tool to find what’s this class.
Thank you!
Hi suresh,
Being untested plugins, notice that our AMP plugin has not been tested with this such a plugin, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins!
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
If you want to reduce that section, you need to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Cusotm CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-post-template-3 .td-post-header-holder {
min-height: 225px;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dDE8FYvmS0e4
Also, another solution, in this case, would be to create another category template using the Cloud template library plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, this is just a simple example of that. If you want to customize it, you need to do it yourself because this task implies doing such custom works and we cannot provide support for that, sorry! Use the Inspector browser for that, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ Usually, we recommend the developers from studio.envato.com
Thank you for understanding!
