Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it that allows you to do this, sorry! If you want to implement this feature and change the URL to be different for each load pagination, you should implement it yourself through the code because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! As a hint, you can try using the smart list implementation. Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. Sorry but please notice that the mobile mode has not been designed to display the Top Bar at the top of the page on mobile devices, sorry! The top bar menu has been added to the hamburger menu when this will be open, sorry! This is the theme’s behaviour and if you want to change it you should do it through the code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take, in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

If you will check our above replies, you will see that the right PHP files which have to be edited are comments.php. Here is not talking about child theme, sorry! All the changes should have to be done through this file. Please notice that we do not know about this issue to be a problem with WPML and until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case, sorry! This plugin has been tested with our theme and it seems to return good results, without any problems. Check your plugin list and if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of these because it’s possible to be a plugin conflict which causes this problem, sorry! Also, you should check the menu functionality for both menu bar to be the same and to have the same options available, like the mega menu.

Sorry for this inconvenient but please notice that we do not recommend to edit our modules/blocks because you can simply damage the theme layout, sorry! Notice that once you’ve made changes to these locations you will need other adjustments for bringing best theme’s results after your changes which involve such a custom work which cannot provide this, at the moment, sorry! The first one is the normal responsive mobile theme which has the same functionality as on desktop version and the second one is with using the Mobile Plugin which gives another mobile status more ground, much faster. Please check your sidebars in the widgets area and see if there are elements present inside them. WordPress will strip the sidebars of elements if special characters or language specific characters are used in the sidebars. When you create your sidebar, please only use standard letters without symbols such as !@#$%^&*()_}{L{“:>< Let us know how it goes.

Please keep in mind that what you want to do is a BIG update and the theme will be broken because it is totally another theme, sorry!

In order to achieve the best results after you will install the latest update you have to follow some rigorous steps like this -> you have to delete both of your themes, child theme, and main theme. All your customizations from your Newspaper 4 theme will do not work because all the files from this were changed in Newspaper 8.1 and as the main theme and also you lose all changes.

The Newspaper 8.1 is a whole new theme so an update from 4 to 8.1 may cause the same issues as switching to another theme (but we did try to maintain compatibility where ever possible).

Always make a full backup of your current installation – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and then do a clean update, meaning that we recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ update also the plugins that come bundled with the theme files from the /plugins folder. In the “how to update” guide is specified that you will have to run the script that will import from database your settings.

The shortcodes have been changed so old ones will not work anymore. Please note that old files customization or custom CSS will not work with the new version and you will have to adjust or re-add them. Bottom line is that newspaper 8.1 is a whole new theme built from scratch.

Unfortunately, you will have to clear your agenda and spare a bit of time to adjust all your settings to the new version of the theme.

You should try using the Contact Form 7 because this plugin was tested with the theme and it seems to work as expected. First installing it, you should check the plugin’s documentation because there you will find the steps which were being followed in order to achieve good results using it.

There is no automatic option to do this but you can achieve this only if you will use a bit of custom CSS code to do this, using the post ID. Please provide your website URL and some useful screenshots to show us from where exactly you want to remove the featured image.
