Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to use the CPT in Latest Articles, feature from our theme, sorry! The custom post type will appear only in Blocks. So, in this case, a quick solution would be to use a Default Page Template (not Pagebuilder+Latest Articles+Pagination) and then, at the bottom of your page you should use your CPT and sorting it by Latest Articles.

Please notice that our theme uses the Visual Composer as page builder. Most likely, the Muffin Builder shortcodes are not compatible with the VIual Composer and that’s why you cannot bring the same content. You should re-create it from scratch with the theme page builder. Notice that each theme has an own page builder which is not a universal one.

Also, I notice that you have some errors through your console which come from your end. If you want to achieve best results you should use the latest version of the theme and also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.
