Hello nothereatm,

-This image which you gave above is used for logo section and there you cannot add featured post slider. If you want to have a slider, you simply use the Visual Composer and add from there. Read all our documentation and there you will find what you can do or not with our theme elements. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/
-You should use a simple block sorted by your latest posts and inside this, you should add your recipes.
-Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows your to show newsletter. If you want to do this, you should use a plugin with this functionality.
If you need more additional customization, notice that we cannot provide something like that and please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you in this case.

Hello Alvino,

Please keep in mind that our theme is only tested with Google Insights tool but only for Homepage and not for others post pages, sorry! Also, notice that our demo does not use the Speed Booster plugin and that’s why appears some render blocking when you test it on this tool. Try to use our useful guide information from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ to make your site to load more faster.

Hello joeydekoning,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! Please keep in mind that the theme does not support 4 columns at the layout, but only three. If you want to have 2 sidebars you can use the 3 columns on the layout and then you will have 1 column for the main area.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello saldesign,

I have inspected your website and I saw that your sidebars used for pages and post pages are the same. So, if you want to respect the order to them in the post page to look like on the page, you should change the post template and use, for example, the post template style 8 which displays the feature image in the top of the post and the sidebar will fall down it, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dpCUdNMqJ
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello vasik,

Unfortunately, this type of plugin was not tested with our theme but it seems to work as expected with our product because many of our users used it and were declared satisfied of plugin functionality. For more information and possible implementation for this, you should consult the plugin documentation like here -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/

Hello meathead,

The sidebars will remain at your frontend but the widgets will be inactive. You will find them at the Widgets section in an inactive mode. You should simply re-add them at the widgets. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3KJJYW8p2uAf

Hello danild,

If you want to reduce these spaces, you should use a bit of CSS code. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Cusotm CSS area.

The code is ->

.td-big-grids-fl.td-big-grids-margin .td-big-grid-post{
border-width: 0 2px;
}

Hello martialwarrior,

If you want to align your featured image you should use the code which I gave you above. Notice that I cannot correct your custom CSS above because we cannot afford to do this. In the future, if you want to create your own CSS code, you should check our useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Hello cahpolli,

Please notice that the latest theme version does not change the theme layout and the background should work as expected, sorry! If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, provide your website URL so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello Tony,

If you want to change the color for these elements, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that.

color:red;
}
.td-review-header .block-title{
background-color:red!important;
}
.td-review-summary .block-title{
background-color:red!important;
}

Hello steebostech,

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, I suppose that you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello Bergfreund,

Do you have featured images setup for this posts which is displayed with Big Grid? Also, check your Theme panel, Modules/Blocks Thumbs settings to be active for this Big Grid, clear all your caches and check the results. Also, is the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. After this, if you are using some untested plugins which can cause some problems in this regard, please try to disable all of them, install only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello meathead and johndaygo92,

There seems to be an issue with the access token in the current version of the social counter.
Please download this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
And very important: clear all your caching including the browser cache. Example for chrome: https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
Now the access token should work as before.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!
