Please keep in mind that our theme has been made to respect the Google’s standard regarding on page structure and we didn’t do any tests with -> https://validator.w3.org/ I’ve added this on our list and we will run some test to check if there is an incompatibility in HTML structure of the page.

I have inspected your website and I saw that your main menu is working fine on the desktop and on the mobile version. I guess that you are referring to the mega menu feature. Please try to update your Social Counter to the latest version of it -> 4.1. Please disable it, delete it from Plugins area and then, from Premium Plugins section, please install from there because that version comes bundled with the theme and should work as properly.
