Please notice that the module 13 has not the excerpt option implemented and that’s why you did not find this option in Theme panel. Do you refer to the Block 13? If so, please notice that the Block 13 uses the module 14 and this module has the Excerpts and you can change the parameters from Theme panel. Please do not confuse the Blocks with Modules because are just two totally different things…the blocks has been created with modules.

I think that you do not fully understand our Mobile theme concept. So, please notice the mobile plugin has been designed to have very basic structure, clear and very fast. The mobile theme does not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and all the pages which are created in Visual Composer will not be rendered in mobile mode. The homepage using this mobile plugin will contain the Big Grid module on the top of the page will display only the posts which belonging to the Featured Category, some text but only if it will be added in Mobile Editor from Visual Composer and at the bottom of the page will appear the Latest Articles which display the latest posts. However, if you are unhappy with this feature, please notice that you can simply turn off this plugin because it is an optional one and then the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsiveness mobile mode.

Every time, when you want to change your demo or your website source, you will have to do a full backup. Please notice that all your data will be loaded in your database. Before this, do you are using a demo version with content, right? So, if you have edited some of these posts or pages when you have disabled the demo, all of these are gone…and all of posts has been created by you, will remain on your database…this is the explanation in this regard. The single way is to re-create what you have lost.

In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can use a plugin.

Unfortunately, this type of plugin has not been tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if ti will work as expected with our product. Please notice that our registration form uses the default structure of WordPress form and customization items not affecting the structure of it. If it not working as properly, please notice that you will need to do some custom work in order to achieve best results and we cannot provide these types of services at the moment, sorry!

Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.3), leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that you have right added the link to your facebook page in order to achieve best results.

Unfortunately, we have an issue regarding on mobile theme and this has been fixed in the latest updated that still remained 7.3 and that’s why the Envato Toolkit did not notice the update. Please try to re-update your theme and check again the results.
