I have checked your website and I saw that you have updated the theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.1.1) but also, I have noticed that all the style comes from your old version, Newspaper 6.7.1 as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/7kg0mZtHkZ This behaviour appears because perhaps, you are using CDN system. So, to solve this problem, please try to clear all your caches (inclusive CACHE SERVER), purge CDN file and test it again and check the results. Until now, we have encountered this problem and all of the customers which were had this issue were solved it by deleting the cache server. Please try to contact your hosting provider and request them to clear the server cache.

Please notice that your page speed will be decreased because another resource will be added and this thing affects the page speed. Using the Background feature from the Theme panel, keep in mind that some js functions will be applied to stretch your background for a good result and that’s why your speed page will drop. With a CSS it is not a simple task to achieve as you want and also, to bring better results.

Please ensure that you have updated your theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.1.1, Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1) only through FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if you are some trouble with saving and if you are using the Wordfence plugin, please try to disable it or try to set it according to Bryson T advice, from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/

Also, please notice that we cannot provide plugin implementation and support for untested plugins. So, please try to find other plugins with this functionality and test them how it will work as properly with the theme. For example, you can try to use Q Translate X because some of our clients have used it and were been satisfied with it. Please notice that the default sorting for Big Grid feature for Mobile Theme is Featured (the Big Grid will display you only the posts which are set in the Featured category).
