Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

You can use a licence key for one single product, but if you want to move the Newspaper theme to another website, you’ll need to reset the licence key from that website http://prntscr.com/ooifl5 and remove the theme, in this way thy licence will be available for the new website.
According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
