Please note that if you chose to use the templates from tagDiv Cloud Library the settings from theme panel will not longer apply, if you want to have the same template with different sidebars on different categories, for this you’ll need to duplicate the category template and change the sidebar with tagDiv Composer.

That video is playing only on desktop background, if you want you can set an image on mobile, you need set two rows, one with background video this one will be display on desktop and hide for mobile, and one with a background image , this one will be display on mobile and hide on desktop.

We recommend to use only on builder, tagDiv Composer is the theme builder and all futures from our theme are implement in this builder.
The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin, please check the envato documentation for those plugins

Is not indicate to use both builder, but if you need to use both them please do not use the single image in WPBakery you can use instead the text block and ad from there the media -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8BN6NxImKv , the single image is an element with the same structure but different classes and provide conflicts between builders.
