1. When the mobile theme plugin is used the pages content needs to be set using the mobile editor at the bottom of the page and this should be created using only elements from the mobile editor and not code from builders. If you want to use the responsive version, just disable the mobile theme plugin.

– Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;

Hi Ned Donev, from what I understand from you it’s like you still access the prev version of plugin.
Please try update the theme using the theme update option from Newspaper and also install the theme plugins from > Newspaper > plugins.
Also if there is no possibility to provide cPanel access, is fine, using wp-admin for the website it’s ok, but it will be need to use a previous version of the theme.

Hi murro, if you are referring to our option to load the next article at the end of the current one, then this may be to the fact that we are using an iframe to load the next article in the page and AdSense are sensible to this, but this is on our list and our developers will check for a solution.

Please go to Newspaper > plugins and install from there the theme plugins that were before the theme update (this process can also be made manually by updating the them plugin using the versions downloaded from the themeforest package of 12.6.4).

The only time when I saw this problem was related to a cache that was apply on the backend.
If you have extra plugins, cache plugin, object cache please disable them and try again.

Hi volpik, thank you for providing a direct link to the cloud template where I can inspect the mentioned element!
To get the same layout you need to add the title element above the block, then in css tab of the title element set a negative margin bottom and a positive z-index like this – https://i.imgur.com/useE7Iy.jpg in provided example the margin bottom is -45 and z-index is 1.

Unfortunately the cloud templates can not be set in a child theme, sorry!
Also the structure for the cloud template is different from the one on standard template. The cloud templates are a CPT type and the php file represents each element that can be used with tagDiv Composer to create a template, after that those are saved in database using the structure layout and settings that have been made with tagDiv Composer.
If you want to edit an element from the single post template you can check theme on this path – wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single

Hi SR20DETg20girl, if you updated from v9 than it will be need to install/enabled an extra plugin that doesn’t exist on your current version, this plugin is tagDiv Standard Pack to bring the old layout back.
Also, it depends on the WordPress version you have, extra plugins, host settings and many other parameters, but the problem can be identify and we can help you to resolve it, if you agree, then make sure that you have a complete backup for the website and database, only after that update the theme manually using FTP/cPanel and replace the old theme version with the new one, after that update the theme plugins from Newspaper > plugins and also install the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin.

Please check when you are logged in and no cache and optimization is apply, if the problem is not persisting, then please check the settings from the optimization/cache plugin.
