I think that you are using a cloud header, if is so, then this can be adjusted using the tagDiv Composer.

I think that this situation can appear do to the cache plugin. Can you please make a test, clear all cache, disable all plugins except tagDiv plugins and try again. In case that the problem is resolved, enable the plugins one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem. Most of the time is related to cache and optimize plugins.

Our theme is using the ad box element, this need to be set on the pages/cloud templates and you can choose the source of ad (this can be from the theme panel or directly from the ad box). It looks like the mobile page is not assign and you still use the responsive version.
What you can do is to try to set the mobile page again. On frontend set on “No mobile page” -> https://i.imgur.com/B9hB8A4.jpg and after that assign the mobile page again (you can make a test using a different mobile page). Also, you can make a test using only tagDiv plugins, to be sure that there is no plugin interfering.

Please check the permalinks and in case that the problem persist, please also make a test only with tagDiv plugins. It is possible to use a plugin that can change the permalinks structure (usually are SEO plugins).

But, the situation it is a little be different, the grid or block that use the post ids will display only those posts, so if you have 4 posts in a grid, and want to freeze a specific post, then the grid would show like this -> https://i.imgur.com/kwjeA90.png therefore, I suggest to use the big grid flex 1, so you can choose the grid layout -> https://i.imgur.com/Jb9b4LG.jpg after the number of posts that you want to display.
