Hi,
I just checked your website and it looks ok -> https://i.imgur.com/yfq3JEx.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/vLFTgir.png now about this https://i.imgur.com/VxZoPft.png is this problem happening when you are logged ? If, the problem is only when you are not login, then you need to check the cache plugin settings.
Thank you!

Hi altdenis,
Do you see any errors in console? Maybe the ads can not be deliver.
Can you please provide a link where we can inspect this problem, in this way we’ll be able to provide better answers!
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi sncooke,
I I understand correctly, you’ll need a boxed version for the website to display the a background ad, if is so, our theme has some options for this, first, you’ll need to set the background image in the theme panel, then enable the option -> https://i.imgur.com/wc1H9Zl.png now the website width will be 1164 px. If you want to make it smaller, you can try it with a custom css
.td-boxed-layout .td-container-wrap {
width: 1000px;
}

but it is possible to affect some blocks layout.
The code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help you!

Hi Hawkmedia,
I think that there are more ways to do this, maybe there are even some plugins that can do this.
If you want you can check this guide -> https://rudrastyh.com/wordpress/get-post-id.html, maybe it can help you.
Thank you!

Hi andreabacci7,
If you want you can make a backup for the theme panel settings, for this, just copy the code form here -> https://i.imgur.com/8wNogrF.png in a Microsoft Word or other editor that will not change the text structure.
Also, you ca make a note with the plugins that you have enabled (theme plugins), because those need to be enable when you set the backup back.
Thank you!

Hi gwk,
For pages what you can do is to duplicate the page, in this way all you need to do is to change the page content. Or you can make a “page template”, a page that will have the layout and elements that you want on all pages, then just duplicate that “page template” and adjust it after your needs!
With tagDiv Composer you can add the sidebar widget or you can create one for cloud templates, but this will be the same for all posts where will be apply.
Thank you!

Hi,
I’m glad that the problem has been resolved!
Maybe the zoom was accidental, for the moment I do not know that Chrome to force a user to use the zoom by default.
Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme live search is custom made, therefore, can not be overwrite by a plugin (also if you change the theme files, those can not be saved in a child theme, therefore the operation will be needed after each theme update). What can be done it is to disable it -> https://i.imgur.com/x5x7mLz.png also it is possible that the SearchWP to be apply on “Search Form” element -> https://i.imgur.com/rcG4Ey4.png this is the one from the WordPress, the other two are custom from our theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
By default the theme should set the video on full size -> https://i.imgur.com/BoCfkj8.png
Now it is possible to something interfering, it can be a plugin, but to can investigate this will need a link to a post with this problem to can inspect the html structure.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi ukume, this is possible, unfortunately, we did not tested the theme with the event calendar, therefore we can not say if is working or not with our theme, but it is possible that this plugin to not work correctly when you are using cloud templates. I will like to help, but I will need more details, maybe a link where I can see the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,
To create a blog, you can use the option from the WordPress -> https://i.imgur.com/U1lQOuL.png or the theme builder (tagDiv Composer) to create a page blog.
To create a page using tagDiv Composer you need to set a post loop that will display your posts -> https://i.imgur.com/9dsCfBS.png. After that just assign that page in menu.
Thank you!

Hi,
1. This can be possible if that block is filtered after the taxonomy that you’ll like to display.
2. I think that for this it can be used the order option from the block -> https://i.imgur.com/eErP88J.png
3. Those criteria can be some categories (or taxonomy if is a cpt), in this way you can filter the blocks using them.
4. I think that you are referring that a client is reading featured content to display for him more content from that type, unfortunately, our theme do not have an option like this, and I do not know if something like this can be achieve with a plugin or only with custom work.
Thank you!

Hi,
1. From what I can see the header is a cloud and you use the responsive version, therefore you can enabled the sticky header from manager section -> https://i.imgur.com/gJqZbHP.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

2. I see that you change the header -> https://i.imgur.com/S5pyXQY.jpg and now this is no longer overlaying the page.

Thank you!

Hi kimstipguide,
I just checked the cloud library and the offset on post loop is still there, did you not manage to remove it?
Let me know the steps you made, also some screenshots will help a lot!

Hi,
What you ca do is to exclude the files, please try with this one wp-content/themes/Newspaper/Newspaper/font-newspaper.css and wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/style.css (this need to be set in the css section).
Let us know the results!

Hi mgv, that is because you enabled the mobile theme plugin, if you want to have again this layout https://imageupload.io/i/ZnNpxbHkeT then please disable the mobile theme plugin, or if you use it for amp, then set it only for amp -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!

Hi ediwebroma,
The 728x90px is usually use when you do not have a sidebar, if you use a sidebar you need to use 640 width or less. Please try those dimensions for post content with sidebar -> https://i.imgur.com/eo6U40m.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi PaulAvery, the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT need to be set like in our guide, in config.php file.
The spinning wheel appears after you click on save settings from theme panel, then most probably you have an admin-ajax.php error, check the console to see if you get some errors.
Normally, admin-ajax.php is blocked by modSecurity from host, it can be from firewall or other security modules/plugins.
If you can not manage the situation, we can do it for you, for this, make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin and cPanel, also provide as many details as you can about the problem.
Thank you!

Also, the arabic is a RTL language and our theme is not entirely RTL.
Thank you!

Hi,
Do you want to be like this -> https://i.imgur.com/FjaYkUj.png
If yes, then use this custom css:
header .td-post-date {
margin-left: 0;
}

I recommend to set it only for the mobile, so if you are using the responsive eversion set it here -> https://i.imgur.com/hr8MCHA.png
If this is not what you mean, please let me know!
