You can use the builder for mobile using the options from here -> https://i.imgur.com/fuo7SMd.jpg import from cloud -> https://i.imgur.com/kJHMOJs.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/kJHMOJs.jpg copy the desktop version for mobile and from here you can assign the page for mobile version -> https://i.imgur.com/HRFHh6q.jpg (make sure that you do not have activate the mobile theme plugin).

If this is not the same, then the problem is from a cache or other plugins, then, please make sure that you clear all cache and check the plugin conflicts, usually these are the most causes of these problem.

When the mobile version is displaying on desktop, then the problem is from a cache plugin, because you are using the mobile theme plugin, the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop.
