Hi,

1. Our theme do not have a special editor for creating posts, is using the default WordPress editor for this. Our theme is using tagDiv Composer for building pages and cloud templates.

2. As I can see now you are using a standard template for categories and this can be edit using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/default-category-settings/
If you choose a pro demo or you import from tagDiv Cloud Library a category templates -> https://i.imgur.com/WMYOlsl.png, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/luWSRWF.jpg

Thank you!

Hi,

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Also if you are using a pro demo, then the changes from theme panel will not affect the cloud templates, these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer.

If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi Parhobas, if you have tried all the above steps and the problem still persists, please sand us and emails and we’ll take a look to this problem.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi Parhobas, the theme it’s self can not do that, usually there are other plugins or security modules that are interfering with the theme.
Also please let us know exactly the problems you are facing, in this way we’ll have a better change to find the problem and prevent those problems.
Thank you!

Hi,

I think that you can solved this problem using some cache or optimize plugin, you can try WP Super cache with these settings https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also a better solution can be Autoptimize plugin

Thank you!

Hi,

If you are using standard post templates you need to use post template 5 or 12 or you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and use tagDiv Composer to edit it, using the right click you can remove unnecessary elements -> https://i.imgur.com/ZRweE6K.png

Hope this will help you!

Calin

Hi,

You can achieve this using tagDiv Composer and these elements: flex block or flex grid, or a post loop and set a big number for Limit post number like 999, in this way it will not be needed to use pagination -> https://i.imgur.com/e0c13pc.png

Thank you!

Hi,

I think that you like something similar with this page from this demo -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist/
If you search in cloud template for landing you find these 3 results https://imgur.com/GGGH0u3 also there are more element, but these are not set with the name landing or landing page, also if you have a vision for how it should look this landing page, you can use tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/vt8wDqB.png to build it.
I think that you want to be something like these homepages -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_nature/ -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist/

Thank you!

Hi,

The theme is using thumbs to make the images to feed better in blocks and grids, but for a better control over the featured image size, you can use flex blocks and flex grids, on these you can choose the image size you like and is fit the best -> https://i.imgur.com/wGcnW9h.png

Hi,

If you are using WordPress v5.5, you must use the last version of Newspaper theme too, only this will work on this version of WordPress.
Also if you already have Newspaper 10.3.6.1 and you have this problem, then try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in some cases this can help you to make tagDiv Composer to work.

Hi,

Please try not to reply multiple times in the topic if possible, this will only delay our response. Replying multiple times will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest. Also please note the allocated support hours mentioned in the top banner.

I’m not very sure, but last time when I seen this was on mobile version when the user used an classic header style an not cloud header template.

Please check with a cloud header and if the problem persists, provide a link where I can inspect from where is coming the login text.

Thank you!

I just checked this on my install and for me this code is not inserted in plugins.

Hi codinghasan,

To create easier and fact a website, after you install the theme and theme plugins, you can install a demo with content -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ if is a pro demo, then it was made using cloud templates and can be edited entirely with tagDiv Composer.
If there is still a problem, let me know!

Thank you!

Hi,

If you are referring to the element authors box from tagDiv Composer, then you can use this option to exclude/include -> https://i.imgur.com/Ooktbst.png unfortunately there is no option to set a number of authors that can be display.

Hi Bo47 and mannat29,

This error happens due to a lot of possible reasons. Check the useful guide from here -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-page-wordpress#gref
Theme activation -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
You can manually activate the Newspaper theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq

If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
