Hi,
Yes, that would be it. We have created some cloud single templates just for smart lists for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OZbpKsP7J
You can have as many templates as you want, for different situations.
Thanks
Hi,
The predefined post template cannot be edited in any way. They will always look like they are designed to look.
Only the cloud templates can be edited. Check them out, for example cloud single template 7 is based on the template 13 you like
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EcqRmZpSQEk6
Import it and make the modifications you want to it, with the tagDiv composer. It will not be difficult to do it.
Cloud templates once imported will appear in the template selection screen, next top the predefined ones
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EuKWHvsa
We will try to add many more cloud template in the future
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Hi,
I see them like this on a mobile phone at the moment, took a few screenshots
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VITF2DsLxo0
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KfNWwscOKaw
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6kHlQkyQZ7x
Seem alright to me.
If none is selected manually, the first one alphabetically will be picked. In the example above I have set a primary category manually and that was displayed.
In this one I don’t choose one – https://www.screencast.com/t/tYdG3NlTHnBP
So the first one alphabetically is picked – https://www.screencast.com/t/VOgxW5QAqJf
If there is a problem provide some examples on you website so we can take a look. Or send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and mention the details there, provide admin login so we can investigate further (include a link to this topic in the email).
Hi,
Categories can be created the WordPress way, parent categories and child categories (or main categories and sub-categories). The theme will not interfere with creating categories as you want. Create them as needed.
Displaying posts from them in pages will not be a problem, our blocks, grids etc have many filtering settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
For the header section there will be 2 menus, a top menu and a main menu. In the top menu you can add menu items normally, you can create drop-down menus there.
In the main menu you can do all that and for example mega-menus
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
The “Fashion” and “Gadgets” in the live theme demo are mega-menus
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
My colleagues will take a look and reply by email. Please continue the discussion by email.
@dumagroup Try it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/PjeHMK3cN
– https://pastebin.com/a0KyL6T5
@crazydiver Anywhere the tagDiv composer can be used, the newsletter can be used. So that means pages, post templates, category templates, author templates etc.
Hi,
So you want to add an underline below the main menu? What about the theme default underline effect, this should be removed?
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XnR4B18YP
Hi,
Are you referring to the social counter? At the time I checked and in the posts I checked it displays accurate values
– https://www.screencast.com/t/niwTpqfJ09b
Hi,
I believe by default that menu setting is set to no preloading. Indeed disabling it will improve performance.
You can test your website with online tools, try gtmetrix for example or Google insights and check the results and suggestions provided there. Optimize as many as possible, results should follow.
There are many topics here on the forum in terms of speed improvements and optimization. Some of them here for example

Also the theme requirements guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Hi,
@Achim Should work, provide some examples of what are you doing, and what is actually happening.
It would be like this, choose from the categories of a post a primary one like in this example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qHYO2ajpqou
Then all modules will display that category tag – https://www.screencast.com/t/ngLsq3a23GZ
Hi,
@blawrimore I believe this topic will be helpful in this case, with the necessary modifications
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/read-more-button-and-cant-change-title-color/
You could use a child theme in order to not lose the customization
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Or you could simply use a flex block instead of block 4
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cxwy1ql4
This also has settings for the read more button

Thanks
Hi,
You mean it is completely blank when the mobile plugin is active? Please provide a link to your website so I can take a look.
Did you try to deactivate all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active? could be conflict of some kind.
Hi,
The optional mobile theme plugin is active from what I can see. When this plugin is active the website will not display the same content from desktop on mobile.
Each page will need two versions, one for desktop built in any way possible, and one for mobile with the simple mobile editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cwW4MmEwWiv9
Note that the plugin is optional, activate it only if you choose to display a different and simpler version of the website on mobile
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to show the same content from desktop, deactivate it.
Thanks
@nelly If you tried the above and the composer does not work, also the theme system status is set as the theme requirements guide mentions, then we could also take a look.
Send us an email at the address mentioned above with the needed information.
Hi,
You could check some similar topics – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-with-search-2/
That should work, it will apply when the menu is in sticky mode and change the color of the icon .
Hi,
Don’t know if the Adrotate plugin is compatible with AMP, can’t find much about it online either. Seems the shortcode is displayed as a shortcode so it would mean it doesn’t.
Thanks
Hi,
So the AMP link appears in an attachment page source? That shouldn’t happen. I will pass this along to our developer team, they will take a look and make modification if needed in the plugin.
Thanks
Maybe something like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/ROfAZ1woLUs
.td_module_related_posts .td-post-category {
top: auto;
left: 110px;
display: inline-table;
}
Enter it here – https://www.screencast.com/t/ozrPr8Knzd
We don’t provide support over team viewer, only by forum and private email. We will take a look at the issue as soon as possible if you can send us the requested information on our email. This is requires i order to actually test and investigate.
I can tell you where the code for it is, removing the condition around the code will make it appear in the website, then you can make the modifications you want to it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/R9UEHCsOEl
Hi,
There are navigation buttons at the end of the post, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5Y57nZrMHw8
Those buttons will allow you to navigate through posts. They will appear with or without the mobile theme plugin.
If you mean something similar to infinite loading, like as soon as the post content end is reached the next one will load, that is not possible at the moment.
Thanks
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and cPanel if possible. We will take a look.
