Hi,
Now it seems you solved the issue. The image you set as featured should be big enough to create the thumbnails.
That grid big module requires a thumbnail of this size to display properly

Hi,
I will try to help you, provide a link to your website and I will take a look at it.
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile theme and our AMP plugin can be installed together. Google will serve AMP content from their search results page, the rest of the website will use the mobile theme if active.
So for example if an user access one of your posts on mobile from Google search, the AMP version will be displayed, if the user then navigates the website, the mobile theme will be used.
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to have a copy of the template as it currently is, but also modify it and save it as a different template. You could create a new category template, use the same code in it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rqPvSgh61
Copy the code in a new blank template, make your modifications and save it as a new template.
Thanks
Hi,
That is not possible, ads cannot be displayed inside an actual block, between the modules. You could limit the block to a couple of posts, then display an ad, keep repeating that

Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see you are using theme version 8.7.2, the cloud library plugin was introduced in update 8.8. So you would have to update in order to use the plugin, latest theme version is 8.8.2. Here you can see the changelog (bottom of the page)
Also an update guide you can follow here

Thanks
Hi,
@Kostas We recommend using Yoast SEO plugin for og meta, from what I can see the og data is missing from a post I checked in your website at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2Fkoj6xrIvO
Also the featured image is detected as unavailable for the post I tested. If the required meta is available, and accessible to Facebook, then there would be no problem
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Hi,
1. The sidebar will show once you saved the page and click to view it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/G1DkRkoCKkpJ
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OtttDU2zoiv9
If it has widgets in it it should be displayed, you can add any of the available widgets.
2. There is a background color setting for the main menu, in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/e2TmoV7gcrd6
So you can set a color of your choosing for the main menu.
Let me know if you wanted something else or there are problems, I will try to help you.
Hi,
That could happen if you use the same or similar sorting, also filter by the same categories. Now I see there are no duplicated in those two blocks you mention, they seem to display posts from different categories
– http://prntscr.com/k46ut1
Hi,
That is not difficult to do. For example, like in that demo you mention. First set a custom class for the row containing the background
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MrvIIBnv1
Then refer to that class and change the color of the post titles in this example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fTAYMhIE9GI
Only that block/element will be affected. Let me know if you need more help.
Thanks
Hi,
Use a column text for example, not an inline text. That should work properly with shortcodes.
Hi,
The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank or grey pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Let us know if there still is a problem, or if you fixed the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
You could use the unique ID that each menu item has to style them individually. For example the News menu item
– https://www.screencast.com/t/stBTaqz4OOCK
This is the code used in the example, give it a try
.sf-menu > .menu-item-6 > a:after {
background-color: green;
}
Thanks
Hi,
@fmarkin@gnail.com Did you solve the problem by reinstalling? Usually this is something related to a specific page. If you still have the problem, send us an email at the address mentioned above, also mention more details about it. Include a link to this topic in the email.
When there will be an update, you can use this guide to make the update
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Theme panel settings, pages, posts, custom code you enter in the theme panel, will not be lost after an update. Only if you make modifications to the actual theme files, these will be lost.
As always recommended before an update, please make backups just to be safe. This is specified in the guide.
Hi,
The theme already has options to set a background, color or image
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Once you set the background through those options, the theme will change to boxed automaticlly, in order to display the background. It may not work with CSS.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try more plugins, try some of these for example
– https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-recipe-plugins/
Install them and make tests, choose the one that works best and has the options you need.
Thanks
Hi,
I have checked this, an editor role has access to the post settings, including the formats tab where the quotes styles are displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cTY2ZcQzNqT
So it should be the same for you, please correct me if I misunderstand something.
Hi,
Glad the issue was solved. Probably it was caching, now there is no problem from what I can see.
Hi,
That would depend on your ad code, if the ad is supposed to be in a table or display like that, then the theme will display it accordingly. I could take a look, provide a link to your website where the ad is displayed.
Thanks
Hi,
Unless you use the mobile theme plugin, the same menu from desktop will be displayed on mobile. An option to display a different menu on mobile without using the mobile theme is not available at the moment. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Regardless of form of pagination, the block will always use the same module type. In your case the initially loaded modules are with problem, not the ones that are loaded with the load more button.
Block 5 looks like this – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-5/
I see there is a problem with the thumbnails used for the first 10 modules in that block, please regenerate them and check if the problem is solved
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Also I see you are using some CSS in the child theme I believe to set a minimum height of 324px to a thumbnail that by default is 235px in height (module 3)
That would not a proper way to do it. Maybe try and use blocks which have a thumbnail size that works best for you, instead of that
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Hi,
The theme uses the same search functionality of WordPress, the search function would not have any customization options. You could simply disable it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FBzOhGFWxz
Then either install a search plugin with more advanced settings, try some of these for example
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/12-wordpress-search-plugins-to-improve-your-site-search/
Or you could go by code, to remove pages from search results try this
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-exclude-pages-from-wordpress-search-results/
Also to exclude specific posts or pages give this plugin a try
– https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/search-exclude/
Thanks
Hi,
Try to re-save the permalinks in the WordPress settings, that should solve the problem.
