Hi,
For the text color of the menu item there is no theme panel setting. But it could be done with some CSS.
I see you currently have two menu items in the header menu. You want to change the text color when hovered or active. This would be a similar topic you can try
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-main-menu-custom-active-hover-text-color/
Thanks
So there was a problem during the theme install. Please try installing the theme either by WordPress or FTP, those methods would be more reliable
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
In case there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access and also FTP if possible. Mention what were the problems you encountered when installing the theme.
Include a link to this topic in the email as well.
@Emigrerengrancanaria If the latest theme version is used (8.7.4) as well as the latest plugin version, then there should be no problem.
Simply be sure to configure Facebook with a valid ID
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hNQkApNVR
If you click the link in the counter on your website it should lead to the account page, click on the Facebook in the social counter in the live demo
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
We could take a look if you could provide a link to your website.
Hi,
@kadmael Of course there is. A theme update is planned in the matter of GDPR, it should be available soon. Please have a little more patience.
Hi,
It seems to be somehow specific to block 13, I have made some tests with other blocks in similar layouts and the issue is not happening. But as soon as a block 13 is placed in a three column layout it becomes unresponsive to any action.
I will pass this along to our developer team and they will investigate it as soon as possible. If I can provide you with a quick fix of any kind I will provide it in this topic. You could for the moment use a different block type. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Seems that in your case the required font family is not applying for some reason. A quick fix would be to force it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pE3Ce5kgPm
Enter the code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
[class^="fa-icon-"], [class*=" fa-icon-"] {
font-family: FontAwesome!important;
}
Hi,
You could try to add this line of code in the mobile latest articles loop
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tt3yK8lKS67
'post__not_in' => array(),
Try entering post IDs there and check if they are removed.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be the header ad, you can remove it in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5ueyxxWolzW
All the ads that the theme can display will have to be added in the theme panel ads section.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe these guides could help you, search for more online if needed

Best to use smaller images if possible, or thumbnails of them

Also check online image optimization guides and tutorials, there are plenty

@aurelvirlan Send us an email with the mentioned information and we will take a look. Remember to include a link to this topic in the email.
You could try a theme reinstall and see if this works. By FTP would be the recommended method if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Note that if you made any direct modifications to theme files they will be lost if you re-install the theme. Always make a backup just to be safe.
Hi,
Never tried something like that until now. So you want to display font awesome icons in your revolution slider slides.
I tried it like this, maybe it could be done differently

Hi,
The slider will be full width as soon as you remove the white background color set here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kchsIGQ25
When a background color or image is set, the website will be boxed automatically
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Thanks
From what I can see the moment that ad code and script is loaded in the website, and the post content is loaded as well eventually
– https://www.screencast.com/t/idLSwKpA7d
But it is loading very bad, at least the post I tested. Seems you use some kind of gallery implementation or plugin to display images. These images that are served to users are quite big, the post I tested took 5 minutes to load fully and transferred a total of 183 MB content, which would be a very long time and enormous page size

Hi,
Try setting a default image in the Yoast SEO settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TVDr5QQt
Then clear all caching and test the website link again
– https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
The theme does not have any OG capabilities by it’s own. These can be configured with the Yoast SEO plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Thanks
Then something else is the cause. So you say that your post pages provide 404 errors. Try some general solutions in this case

Hi,
Place the ad codes only in the article ad spots if that what you want. The ads will appear in the post content

Given that all the requirements are met for Adsense

You can search online for more Adsense related guides

Also there is a troubleshooter here in case there is a problem

Thanks
Replied in your other topic.
Hi,
Our theme will not work with sticky posts, there could also be problems if you make posts sticky. Filter the content and sort it with the available options
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Featured is a category created by default by the theme. Add post to it and then use it in the filtering and sorting
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Thanks
Hi,
Could be, if you would provide a link to such a post I will inspect it and try to identify what exactly is causing the problem.
The template should work the same as this live demo post

Thanks
Hi,
The single image may not be the best element to use in this case. It sets the image as background, and depending on the settings chosen, it may not display the image properly.
Try the inline image element with a column text below, or the inline image with the text as caption maybe
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5cyPdnoKgs
Thanks
From what I can see the booster is not moving the theme stylesheet
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1F2dTE17L8
It is loaded normally. So either the modification you made is working, or the speed booster plugin is not active
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GCvtHluW
Hi,
The mobile theme does not have filtering settings, it’s options are kept as few as possible. The plugin is optional, you can choose not to enable it.
Regarding that layout problem, it could be solved by a simple force page refresh (usually Ctrl+Shift+R). Clear the browser cache if this is not working, or try with a different browser.
Thanks
Hi,
The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Additionally try deactivating all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this has any effect.
Let us know the results after trying these suggestions. Be sure to use the tagDiv composer on pages that were created with it only. All the elements in the page have to be added through it.
Thanks
